Product Overview
The Result Winter Essentials Classic Heavy Knit Scarf is a fundamental accessory designed for those who require reliable warmth without sacrificing a professional appearance. As the temperature drops, maintaining the comfort of your workforce becomes a priority, and this scarf provides a substantial barrier against the elements. Constructed with a heavy double-knit technique, it offers a traditional aesthetic that complements any corporate outerwear or uniform, ensuring your team remains protected and presentable throughout the colder months.
Key Features
- Heavy Double Knit: The dual-layered knit construction provides superior insulation and wind resistance compared to standard single-knit alternatives.
- Generous Dimensions: Measuring 165 x 20cm, this scarf offers ample length for various wrapping styles, ensuring maximum neck and chest coverage.
- Solid Colour Palette: Available in classic shades, the solid colour design provides a clean, professional backdrop for your company branding.
- Unisex Design: A versatile one-size-fits-all approach makes this an easy addition to any staff uniform inventory, regardless of the wearer.
Design & Performance
Crafted from 100% acrylic, this scarf is engineered for durability and thermal efficiency. Acrylic is an excellent choice for workwear as it mimics the warmth of wool while offering greater resistance to moisture and wear. The heavy-weight fabric feels substantial and soft against the skin, preventing the irritation often associated with coarser materials. Because it is a double knit, the scarf retains its shape and structure even after repeated use in demanding outdoor environments, making it a dependable component of a winter work kit.
Customisation: Embroidery Only
Due to the textured, heavy-knit nature of this garment, embroidery is the only recommended customisation method. Printing on a knitted surface often leads to cracking and poor adhesion; however, embroidery allows your logo to be securely stitched into the fabric. Our in-house embroidery team, based in Telford since 1976, utilises high-specification machinery to ensure your branding is rendered with precision. The resulting finish is professional, durable, and capable of withstanding the rigours of daily wear and frequent laundering.
Use Cases
This scarf is an ideal choice for outdoor site workers, delivery personnel, and event staff who are exposed to the cold for extended periods. Beyond practical field use, its classic design also makes it a popular choice for corporate gifting or as part of a formal front-of-house winter uniform. Whether you are managing a construction crew or outfitting a sales team, this scarf ensures a cohesive and warm professional image.

Practical Advice
To ensure maximum warmth, we recommend layering this scarf over a high-neck base layer or under a heavy-duty work jacket. Because it is a one-size item, it is a practical choice for bulk ordering for teams of varying sizes. When choosing your embroidery design, consider bold, clear logos that will stand out effectively against the heavy-knit texture of the fabric.
Caring for your product
To maintain the thermal performance and appearance of your scarf, we recommend a domestic wash at 40°C. This temperature is sufficient to remove dirt and oils while protecting the integrity of the acrylic fibres and the embroidery thread.
Avoid the use of bleach, as this will degrade the synthetic fibres and cause the solid colour to fade or become patchy. We also advise against dry cleaning, as the harsh chemicals involved can damage the knit structure and the custom branding.
After washing, do not tumble dry this item. High heat from a dryer can cause the scarf to lose its shape or develop pilling. Instead, allow it to air dry naturally. If necessary, you may use a low-heat iron, but please exercise caution to avoid melting the acrylic fibres or flattening the embroidery.
