Caring for your product

We recommend a mild process wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Exceeding this temperature may damage the Bird Eye Knit structure and the internal PVA padding, significantly reducing its ability to retain moisture and provide the necessary cooling effect.
Do not use bleach on this item. Bleaching agents are far too harsh for the polyester fibres and will lead to premature degradation and discolouration, which will negatively impact the appearance of your logo.
The scarf should be line dried only. Do not use a tumble dryer, as the intense heat can cause the fabric to shrink and may permanently damage the internal cooling padding. Similarly, do not iron the scarf, as the direct heat from an iron will melt the synthetic fibres and ruin the garment.
Finally, avoid dry cleaning. The chemicals used in dry cleaning processes are unsuitable for the PVA padding and will compromise the technical cooling functionality of the scarf.
