Product Overview
The Result Junior ultra padded bodywarmer is a meticulously engineered piece of outerwear designed to provide significant thermal protection for younger wearers without the restrictive bulk of a full-sleeved jacket. It serves as a versatile mid or outer layer, perfect for those transition seasons where temperature regulation is paramount. Constructed with a peach-finished microfibre outer, it offers a soft-to-the-touch feel while maintaining a robust barrier against the elements.
Key Features
- Concealed Hood in Collar: Provides immediate protection against unexpected rainfall without detracting from the garment's streamlined appearance when not in use.
- Heavy-Duty Full Front Zip: Ensures a secure closure and ease of operation, even for smaller hands or when wearing gloves.
- Three-Pocket Configuration: Two angled front pockets and a dedicated chest pocket offer ample secure storage for essentials.
- Snug-Fit Elasticated Arm Holes: These are designed to retain heat and prevent wind ingress, ensuring the core remains warm in challenging conditions.
- 3M Scotchlite Reflective Materials: The inclusion of a reflective hang tag and triangle significantly enhances visibility in low-light environments, providing an essential safety feature for school or team use.
Design & Performance
The performance of this bodywarmer lies in its multi-layered construction. The outer shell is crafted from a water-repellent and windproof polyester microfibre, which provides a durable shield against wind chill. Inside, the garment features hand-filled polyester wadding. This hand-filling process ensures an even distribution of insulation, avoiding the cold spots often found in mass-produced alternatives. The interior is lined with Active Fleece, which not only adds an extra layer of warmth but also helps to wick moisture away from the body during physical activity.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This garment is specifically designed with customisation in mind. It features concealed access points in the outer shoulder panel and the inner side seam, allowing our technicians to apply branding without compromising the garment's insulation or lining. For a professional appearance that stands the test of time, we recommend embroidery for club or school crests. If you require large, high-impact designs for events or team identification, our Telford-based team can apply high-quality transfers or direct printing. Every piece is handled in-house by our expert team, drawing on decades of experience dating back to 1976.
Use Cases
The Result Junior bodywarmer is an ideal choice for school uniforms, youth sports teams, and outdoor activity centres. Its durable nature makes it suitable for everyday wear on the playground, while its professional finish ensures it represents your organisation effectively during trips or public-facing events.

Practical Advice
This bodywarmer is designed with a generous fit to accommodate layering. We suggest pairing it with a medium-weight sweatshirt or hoodie for maximum thermal efficiency. For the best fit, please refer to our age-based sizing guide, which ranges from 2 to 12 years.
Caring for your product
To maintain the water-repellent properties and the loft of the hand-filled insulation, we recommend a domestic wash at 30°C. Using higher temperatures can degrade the synthetic fibres and reduce the garment's lifespan.
Avoid the use of bleach at all costs. Bleach will break down the polyester microfibre and can lead to discolouration and a loss of windproofing capabilities.
If ironing is required, use a low heat setting. Excessive heat from an iron can damage the peach-finish outer and the internal wadding. For drying, a low-heat tumble dry is recommended to help maintain the insulation's distribution, but do not dry clean the garment as the chemicals used can strip the fabric of its protective coatings.
