Product Overview
The Result Headwear RC50X is a substantial cap designed with the specific technical requirements of branding in mind. Crafted from heavy-weight brushed cotton drill, this 5-panel headwear piece offers a sturdy construction and a refined aesthetic that surpasses standard promotional items. The seamless front panel is a deliberate design choice, providing a smooth, uninterrupted canvas for your company branding. With its contrasting sandwich peak and polished metal hardware, it serves as a high-quality accessory for any professional uniform.
Key Features
- Seamless 5-Panel Construction: The absence of a central front seam ensures that embroidery and prints can be applied without distortion or the risk of needle breakage on bulky seams.
- Contrasting Sandwich Peak: A subtle colour accent within the peak adds a touch of sophistication and allows for better coordination with corporate colour schemes.
- Polished Metal Buckle Adjuster: The fabric size adjuster features a high-quality metal buckle, providing a secure, adjustable fit that is far more durable than plastic alternatives.
- Stitched Eyelets: These reinforced holes allow for improved ventilation, ensuring the wearer remains comfortable during long shifts or outdoor work.
- Pre-curved Peak: Reinforced with six rows of stitching, the peak maintains its shape over time while providing effective shade from the sun.
Design & Performance
Constructed from 100% heavy brushed cotton drill, this cap has a substantial, premium feel that reflects the quality of your business. The "brushed" finish gives the fabric a softer texture while maintaining the inherent durability of cotton drill, which is known for its resistance to daily wear and tear. Inside, a hinged front support panel helps the cap retain its structure, preventing the front from collapsing even after repeated use. This structural integrity ensures that the garment maintains its professional appearance after months of wear.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This cap has been engineered specifically for decorators. The seamless front panel is ideal for both embroidery and transfer printing. For a professional appearance, embroidery offers a textured, high-end finish that stands up well to the rigours of daily work. If you require large, vibrant graphics or intricate detail, transfer printing is an excellent alternative. Since 1976, our Telford-based team has been perfecting the art of garment customisation, ensuring every logo is applied with precision and care to your specific requirements.
Use Cases
The RC50X is an excellent choice for client-facing roles, outdoor service staff, or as part of a high-quality promotional pack. Its durable nature makes it suitable for tradespeople who require a sturdy cap that won't lose its shape, while its refined design ensures it looks the part in retail, delivery, or hospitality environments.

Practical Advice
As this is a one-size garment, the metal buckle adjuster allows for significant flexibility across different head sizes. When layering with other safety equipment, such as ear defenders, the low-profile crown and adjustable strap ensure a comfortable fit without interfering with necessary protective equipment.
Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and appearance of the heavy cotton drill, this cap should be sponge cleaned only. Submerging the cap in water or using a washing machine can cause the internal support panels to lose their shape and may damage the peak's reinforcement.
Avoid the use of bleach, as this will degrade the cotton fibres and cause the colours to fade or become patchy. Similarly, do not tumble dry or iron the cap; high heat can shrink the fabric and ruin the adhesive or stitching used in your custom branding. Professional dry cleaning is also not recommended, as the chemicals used can be too harsh for the brushed finish.
