Caring for Your Result Compass Padded Gilet

We recommend a domestic wash at 40°C. This temperature is sufficient to remove workplace dirt without damaging the synthetic fibres or the recycled insulation. Higher temperatures may compromise the structure of the softshell panels.
Do not use bleach when cleaning this garment. Bleach will degrade the polyester fibres and cause significant damage to any printed or embroidered logos, leading to fading and loss of detail.
Do not tumble dry. The high heat of a tumble dryer can cause the technical fabrics to shrink and may warp the zips or delaminate the softshell layers. Hanging the gilet to air dry is the best way to maintain its shape.
Do not iron or dry clean. Direct heat from an iron can melt the synthetic materials, while the harsh chemicals used in dry cleaning can strip the showerproof and windproof treatments from the fabric.
