Product Overview
The Result Core Women's Core channel jacket is a masterclass in functional simplicity, specifically tailored for the professional woman. This blouson-style jacket offers a clean, contemporary aesthetic that does not compromise on technical performance. Built to withstand the unpredictable British weather, it utilizes StormDri4000 technology to ensure the wearer remains dry and comfortable throughout the working day. It is an ideal choice for businesses looking for a uniform that combines a soft-to-the-touch feel with the rugged durability required for outdoor environments.
Key Features
- Fully-taped waterproof seams: These ensure that moisture cannot penetrate the stitching, providing a complete barrier against heavy rain.
- Insulated StormDri4000 outer: The PVC-coated polyester fabric provides high-level windproofing and waterproofing, keeping the elements at bay.
- Fleece-lined body: A warm, medium-weight fleece lining provides immediate thermal retention and comfort against the body.
- Foldaway concealed hood: Offers versatile protection that can be tucked away when the sun decides to make a rare appearance.
- Fitted elasticated waistband: This feature ensures a secure fit that helps to trap heat and creates a professional, streamlined silhouette.
Design & Performance
The design of the R221F focuses on the balance between warmth and weight. While the jacket feels substantial and sturdy, the use of polyester wadding insulation ensures it remains easy to wear during active tasks. The outer shell is constructed from 100% StormDri polyester with a PVC coating, making it entirely windproof and highly resistant to water ingress. Inside, the combination of a plush fleece body lining and smooth polyester sleeve linings allows the jacket to glide over base layers without restricting movement.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This jacket is an excellent canvas for your corporate identity. For a truly professional and long-lasting finish, we recommend embroidery for your primary company logo on the chest. Embroidery provides a texture and depth that suggests quality and permanence. Alternatively, if you require large-scale branding on the back, transfer printing is an ideal method for achieving bold, sharp designs. Our expert team in Telford, where we have been based since 1976, uses a dedicated internal side-seam zip opening to access the garment, ensuring the branding process does not compromise the jacket's waterproof integrity.
Use Cases
This jacket is perfectly suited for site supervisors, event staff, and delivery personnel who require a smart appearance while remaining protected from wind and rain. Its feminine cut makes it a preferred choice for female-led teams or as part of a cohesive corporate uniform across diverse roles.

Practical Advice
The jacket is designed with a comfort fit, allowing for standard layering underneath. If you intend to wear particularly thick knitwear or multiple layers during the peak of winter, you may wish to consider the sizing carefully to ensure full range of motion. The easy-tear adjustable cuffs allow you to seal the sleeves against the wind, which is a small but vital detail on a cold morning.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high performance of the StormDri technology and the vibrancy of your customisation, proper care is essential. We recommend a domestic wash at 30°C. Washing at this lower temperature helps preserve the PVC coating and ensures the waterproof seams remain effective for longer.
You must not use bleach on this garment. Bleach will cause the polyester fibres to break down and will likely ruin the colour of your embroidered or printed branding. Similarly, the jacket should not be tumble dried; the intense heat can cause the technical fabrics to shrink or delaminate.
Finally, do not iron this jacket. The outer fabric and the internal wadding are heat-sensitive, and an iron will cause permanent damage to the materials. Simply hang the jacket to air dry, and it will maintain its professional appearance.
