Product Overview
The Result Core R112X microfleece top is an expertly engineered mid-layer designed for those who require thermal efficiency without the bulk of traditional outerwear. This unisex quarter-zip garment is constructed from a compact density microfleece that provides a high degree of warmth while remaining exceptionally lightweight. Its breathable nature and active fit make it a versatile choice for professionals moving between indoor and outdoor environments. The anti-pill finish ensures that the fabric retains its smooth, professional appearance even after extensive use in demanding work settings.

- Quarter-Zip Neckline: Allows for quick ventilation and temperature regulation, featuring decorative stitch detail for a modern aesthetic.
- Quick-Drying Technology: Engineered to wash and dry in minutes, making it ideal for staff with busy schedules and limited uniform rotations.
Design & Performance
The R112X is designed with a focus on functional performance. The dense knit of the polyester microfleece creates a soft-to-the-touch surface that is remarkably durable. Unlike standard fleeces that can appear bulky, this top features a streamlined design with an open hem and cuffs, ensuring it does not restrict movement. The cover-taped neck seam adds a layer of comfort and prevents irritation during long shifts, while the anti-pill finish protects the integrity of the fabric against the friction caused by daily wear and seatbelts.
Customisation: Embroidery Only
This garment is offered exclusively for embroidery to ensure the highest quality of branding. Because microfleece has a textured, raised surface, traditional print methods can result in an uneven finish and poor adhesion. Embroidery, however, anchors the design directly into the knit, providing a premium, three-dimensional look that withstands the rigours of the workplace. Our Telford-based embroidery team, established in 1976, applies decades of expertise to every stitch, ensuring your company logo is reproduced with precision and longevity.
Use Cases
The versatile nature of this microfleece makes it a staple for various sectors. It is particularly well-suited for hospitality staff working in cooler environments, delivery drivers who require high-stretch mobility, and corporate teams looking for a professional yet comfortable uniform option. Its lightweight, packable design also makes it an excellent choice for outdoor events or as a standard-issue layering piece for site-based workers.

Practical Advice
The R112X offers a comfortable active fit and is available in a broad size range from XS to 3XL. For those working in colder climates, we recommend layering this over a moisture-wicking polo shirt and under a waterproof shell for maximum thermal protection. The high-stretch nature of the fabric means it fits true to size, but if you prefer a looser, more relaxed fit for layering over heavy shirts, you may wish to consider one size up.
Caring for your product
To maintain the thermal performance and soft texture of your microfleece, it is essential to follow the care guidelines closely. This garment is designed for easy maintenance, supporting a domestic wash at 40°C. For garments exposed to heavier workplace soilage, it is safe to wash at 60°C. Regular washing at the correct temperature helps prevent the build-up of oils that can flatten the fleece fibres.
When drying, you may use a tumble dryer on a setting up to 60°C. This microfleece is specifically designed to dry quickly, reducing the time your uniform is out of action. Avoid using fabric softeners, as these can coat the fibres and reduce the garment's natural breathability over time.
It is vital that you do not iron this garment. Microfleece is made of synthetic polyester which can melt or become permanently scorched if subjected to the direct heat of an iron. Furthermore, ironing will crush the fleece's pile, ruining the soft finish and reducing its ability to trap heat. For deep cleaning, the garment is also safe for professional dry cleaning.
