Product Overview

The Regatta Professional RG230 Premium Workwear Belt is a technical accessory designed to resolve the common conflict between garment security and wearer comfort. Engineered to be fully compatible with the Regatta Professional trouser range, this belt employs a high-performance stretch fabric that adapts to the wearer's movements. Unlike traditional rigid belts that can cause discomfort when bending or reaching, this belt ensures a consistent, secure fit without restricting your range of motion on the job.

Key Features

  • Polypropylene Elastane Fabric: This specific material blend offers a superior level of durability combined with a flexible stretch, ensuring the belt moves with your body during active tasks.

  • Regatta Branded Snap Lock Buckle: The heavy-duty snap-lock mechanism provides a secure fastening that is easy to operate, ensuring your trousers remain exactly where they should be throughout the day.

  • Fully Adjustable Fit: The absence of traditional belt holes allows for a completely bespoke adjustment, catering to any waist size within the one-size range for maximum comfort.

  • Lightweight and Durable: The belt is engineered to be substantial enough for heavy-duty use while remaining lightweight, preventing unnecessary weight from being added to your work uniform.

Design & Performance

The design of the RG230 focuses on a streamlined, functional profile. The polypropylene elastane construction is selected for its high tensile strength and resistance to the wear and tear typically found in industrial environments. By incorporating elastane, the belt provides a 'dynamic' fit; it stretches when you crouch or sit and retracts when you stand, maintaining a neat appearance and a secure hold. The snap-lock buckle is a well-engineered component that offers a firm mechanical connection, reducing the risk of accidental unfastening while providing a professional, branded finish.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

The RG230 is suitable for both print and embroidery, allowing for a cohesive brand identity across your entire team's attire. Embroidery is an excellent choice for a professional and lasting finish, such as adding a company logo or employee name directly onto the strap. Alternatively, our high-quality printing process can be used for more prominent, bold designs. Our in-house customisation team, based in Telford, has been perfecting these techniques since 1976, ensuring that your branding is applied with the precision and expertise your business deserves.

Use Cases

This belt is highly recommended for tradespeople who are constantly on the move, such as engineers, carpenters, and warehouse operatives. It is also an ideal choice for site managers and logistics professionals who require a professional appearance but do not want to sacrifice the comfort and flexibility needed for long shifts. Because it is a unisex, one-size-fits-all item, it is a practical and efficient addition to any company-wide uniform kit.

Why MyWorkwear

Since 1976, MyWorkwear has been providing the UK workforce with high-quality, dependable clothing. Our expertise, based in our Telford facility, allows us to understand the practical requirements of the modern tradesperson. We don't just supply products; we provide well-engineered solutions that help your team work more efficiently and look professional while doing so.

Practical Advice

Because the belt is fully adjustable, we suggest fitting it while wearing your standard work trousers to ensure the tension is correctly set. When adjusting, leave enough room for the stretch fabric to function correctly—it should be snug but not overly tight, allowing the elastane to absorb the movement when you transition from standing to kneeling.

Caring for your product

To maintain the structural integrity and performance of the stretch fabric, it is important to keep the belt clean and free from heavy industrial contaminants. Dust and debris can work their way into the fibres over time, potentially affecting the elasticity if not addressed.

The snap-lock buckle should be checked periodically to ensure the mechanism is free from grit. Maintaining a clean fastening system ensures the buckle remains secure and the branded finish stays professional for as long as possible.
