Product Overview

The Premier PR120 is a robust, full-length bib apron designed for the modern hospitality professional who values both durability and environmental responsibility. Crafted from a heavyweight fabric blend, this garment provides extensive coverage and a substantial feel, ensuring it stands up to the rigours of a busy service environment. By combining recycled polyester with organic Fairtrade cotton, Premier has created a piece of workwear that is as ethically sound as it is practical.

Key Features
  • Generous Storage: Two slanted side pockets, measuring 24cm deep by 18cm wide, provide ample space for order pads, pens, or essential tools, keeping them accessible but secure.
  • Precision Fit: The height-adjustable neckband features a gun metal finish buckle, allowing the wearer to find a comfortable and secure position for all-day wear.
  • Secure Fastening: Substantial 90cm long ties ensure the apron can be securely fastened at the waist, accommodating various body types within its generous 86cm length and 72cm width.
  • Ethical Construction: Certified by Fairtrade, SEDEX, and Amfori BSCI, this apron meets rigorous international standards for social and environmental performance.

Design & Performance

The performance of the PR120 lies in its heavyweight fabric composition, consisting of 65% recycled polyester and 35% organic Fairtrade cotton. This blend offers the best of both worlds: the polyester provides essential resilience and crease resistance, while the organic cotton ensures breathability and a professional finish. The fabric feels substantial and sturdy, reflecting its ability to withstand the friction and movement inherent in kitchen and front-of-house roles.

The inclusion of gun metal hardware on the neckband adds a subtle, premium touch to the design, elevating it above standard kitchen apparel. Because the materials are certified organic and recycled, this apron is an excellent choice for businesses looking to reduce their environmental footprint without sacrificing the longevity of their uniforms.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This heavyweight apron is an ideal canvas for custom branding. For a sophisticated and enduring appearance, we recommend embroidery. It is particularly effective for company logos or staff names, providing a textured, three-dimensional finish that withstands repeated laundering.

If your branding requires larger, more vibrant graphics or bold text, our high-quality printing services are perfectly suited to the smooth surface of the polyester-cotton blend. All customisation is carried out at our dedicated facility in Telford, where our team applies expertise built over decades to ensure your branding is executed with precision.

Use Cases

This apron is specifically engineered for the hospitality and service industries. It is perfectly suited for use in high-end kitchens, craft coffee shops, and outdoor dining environments where a professional, unified look is required. Its robust construction also makes it a sensible choice for artisan workshops or retail environments that demand durable protection from spills and dust.

Practical Advice

The PR120 is provided in a single size designed to fit a wide range of adults. When putting on the apron, adjust the neck buckle first to ensure the bib sits at a comfortable height before securing the 90cm ties at the waist. This ensures the weight of the apron is distributed evenly and the pockets are positioned correctly for ease of use.

Caring for your product

To maintain the performance and professional appearance of your apron, we recommend a domestic wash at 60°C. This temperature is effective for removing stubborn stains and grease common in catering environments while ensuring the garment remains hygienic for food service.

Regular washing at the recommended temperature helps preserve the integrity of the recycled fibres. Avoid using harsh chemical bleaches, as these can degrade the organic cotton fibres and cause the colour to fade prematurely. When drying, ensure the apron is reshaped while damp to minimise creasing and maintain the sharp lines of the bib and ties.
