Design & Performance
The performance of these trousers is rooted in the advanced Sealtex Ultra fabric. This material is constructed from a 100% polyester tricot knit with a PU coating, resulting in a flexible and supple garment that does not restrict movement like traditional, rigid waterproof materials. The tricot knit provides a soft internal feel, while the PU coating ensures excellent water resistance.
The lightweight nature of the fabric makes these trousers an excellent choice for active roles where heavy, cumbersome waterproofs would lead to fatigue. Despite their lightweight feel, the construction is durable enough to withstand the rigours of daily use in demanding sectors.

Practical Advice
As these rain trousers are designed to be worn over existing work trousers, we recommend checking your measurements to ensure a comfortable fit. The elasticated waist provides some flexibility, but ensuring there is enough room for layering will ensure maximum comfort and range of motion during your shift.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility properties and waterproof integrity of your rain trousers, it is essential to follow the specific care instructions provided. Proper maintenance ensures the garment continues to meet safety standards and protects you effectively over time.
We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the PU coating and the adhesive bond of the reflective tape. Do not use bleach, as this will degrade the polyester fibres and dull the high-visibility yellow colour.
The garment should be drip-line dried only. Never tumble dry or iron these trousers; the high heat from these processes will melt the PU coating and permanently damage the waterproof barrier. Furthermore, do not dry clean the trousers as the chemicals used can strip the protective finish.
Please note that this garment is certified for a maximum of 25 washes. Exceeding this limit may reduce the effectiveness of the reflective tape, meaning the garment may no longer meet the required safety standards for visibility.
