Product Overview

The PW3 Holster Work Trousers are a robust and highly functional choice for professionals who demand more from their workwear. Engineered with a focus on durability and ergonomic design, these trousers offer a modern fit that does not compromise on movement. Constructed from substantial Titanmill Plus fabric, they are designed to withstand the rigours of a busy site while maintaining a professional appearance through every shift.

Key Features

  • Top-Loading Pre-Shaped Knee Pad Pockets: Designed for easy insertion of pads, these pockets provide essential protection for those spending significant time on their knees, reducing physical strain.
  • Triple Stitched Seams: By reinforcing the most vulnerable areas of the garment, triple stitching ensures these trousers resist tearing even under extreme tension.
  • Crotch Gusset: This additional panel of fabric reduces stress on the seams and prevents failure during high-movement tasks, extending the life of your workwear.
  • Adjustable Leg Length: Provides the flexibility to tailor the fit to your specific height, ensuring the hem sits correctly and safely.
  • Oxford Reinforced Pockets: Utilising 600D polyester reinforcement in high-wear areas ensures your tools and hardware won't cause premature wear and tear.

Design & Performance

The core of these trousers is the Titanmill Plus fabric, a well-balanced blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. This combination offers the breathability of cotton with the hard-wearing resilience of polyester. For added protection, contrast areas are reinforced with 600D Oxford fabric, which features a PU coating for water and stain resistance. This means your trousers stay cleaner for longer and provide an extra layer of defence against abrasion in demanding environments.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

To truly represent your brand, these trousers are ideally suited for both print and embroidery. Our in-house team at MyWorkwear, based in our Telford facility since 1976, can help you achieve a superior finish. Embroidery is a particularly effective choice for these trousers, allowing for a durable, high-quality logo on the cargo pocket or waistband that withstands the industrial laundry process. If you require larger, high-visibility branding for site safety, our heat-applied print methods offer a bold and clear result.

Use Cases

These trousers are primarily designed for tradespeople in construction, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. The integrated holster pockets make them particularly useful for those who need immediate access to tools and fixings without the need for a separate tool belt. They are equally at home in warehouse management where durability and utility are paramount.

We understand the specific needs of British trades and provide garments that are engineered to last.

Practical Advice

The modern fit of these trousers is designed to be sleek but functional. We recommend checking your measurements against our guide, particularly considering the adjustable leg length which allows for a bespoke feel. If you work in particularly cold environments, the fabric weight allows for comfortable layering over thermal base layers without feeling restrictive.

Caring for your product

To maintain the structural integrity and appearance of your trousers, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 60°C. This temperature is effective for removing stubborn grease and dirt without damaging the polyester-cotton fibres.

It is vital that you do not use bleach. Bleaching agents will significantly weaken the fabric and can lead to premature failure of the reinforced panels and stitching. For drying, a normal tumble dry cycle is acceptable, though line drying in the shade is preferred to prevent any potential fading from UV exposure.

When ironing, please use a maximum temperature of 150°C. This ensures the fabric remains crisp and professional without risking damage to the PU-coated reinforcement panels. Do not dry clean these trousers, as the chemicals used can degrade the technical coatings on the Oxford fabric.
