Product Overview
The PW3 Hi-Vis Holster Pocket Work Trousers are an innovative solution for professionals who require a combination of high visibility and high-capacity storage. These trousers have been thoughtfully engineered to handle the demands of a busy worksite, integrating multi-functional pockets with a robust construction. The design focuses on utility, ensuring that essential tools and hardware are always accessible while maintaining the safety standards required for hazardous environments.
Key Features
- Multi-functional holster pockets provide an integrated solution for carrying tools and fixings, reducing the need for a separate tool belt.
- Top-loading kneepad pockets allow for the quick and easy insertion of knee protection, which is vital for tradespeople working at floor level.
- An easy-access multiway thigh pocket ensures secure storage for mobile phones, keys, and other personal essentials.
- Oxford fabric reinforcement is applied at key abrasion points to prevent premature wear and tear in high-stress areas.
- Triple stitching is utilised throughout the garment to guarantee maximum durability and prevent seam failure during physical activity.
Design & Performance
The primary fabric is Titanmill Plus, a sturdy blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. This heavy-duty material provides a reliable foundation that is both breathable and resistant to the daily rigours of manual labour. To enhance performance in harsh conditions, we have incorporated 600D Oxford polyester reinforcement. This contrast fabric is PU coated, making it exceptionally resistant to tears and abrasions while providing a waterproof and stain-repellent finish that helps keep the trousers looking professional.
The result is a substantial pair of trousers that offers a superior finish and long-lasting performance. The inclusion of reflective tape ensures high visibility, making these trousers an essential component of a professional safety uniform.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
These trousers are well-suited for both print and embroidery, allowing you to align your team's appearance with your corporate identity. For a sophisticated and permanent finish, embroidery is the preferred choice for company logos or staff names, typically placed on the non-functional panels. This provides a professional appearance that survives repeated laundering.
If you require larger, more prominent branding, our high-quality heat-seal printing is an excellent alternative. Based in Telford, our expert in-house team—established in 1976—manages the entire customisation process to ensure your branding is applied with precision without compromising the garment's protective features.
Use Cases
These trousers are designed for professionals working in construction, civil engineering, and logistics where being seen is a safety requirement. They are particularly beneficial for tradespeople such as electricians, plumbers, and site managers who need to carry a variety of tools while moving between different areas of a project.

Practical Advice
Given the heavy-weight nature of the fabric and the inclusion of holster pockets, we recommend ensuring a secure fit at the waist to support the weight of carried tools. If you plan to use thick kneepads, you may wish to consider how this affects the overall fit around the leg when moving and bending.
Caring for your product
To ensure these trousers continue to meet safety standards and maintain their professional appearance, they must be laundered correctly. Failure to follow care instructions can lead to the degradation of the reflective tape and the protective coatings.
We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum of 40°C. High temperatures can damage the PU coating on the Oxford fabric and cause the reflective elements to lose their luminosity. Do not use bleach, as this will weaken the fibres and cause significant discolouration to the high-visibility orange fabric.
The trousers should be drip line dried rather than tumble dried. Excessive heat from a dryer can cause shrinkage and may warp the reinforced sections. If ironing is necessary, use a maximum temperature of 150°C and avoid direct contact with the reflective tape and reinforced panels. Please note this garment is rated for a maximum of 50 washes to maintain its safety certification. Do not dry clean, as the process can strip away the stain-repellent finish.
