Practical Advice

Ensure the visor is correctly seated in the browguard before use to guarantee full coverage. When wearing the ear defenders, ensure they form a complete seal around the ear to provide maximum noise reduction. If the visor becomes heavily scratched or pitted, we recommend replacing it promptly to maintain optimal visibility and protection levels.

Caring for your product

To ensure the continued performance of your PPE kit, the visor should be cleaned regularly using only mild soap and warm water. Avoid using abrasive cloths or solvent-based cleaners, as these can cause microscopic scratches or chemical damage that will weaken the polycarbonate and impair your vision.

The ear defender cushions should be wiped down with a damp cloth after each use to remove perspiration and skin oils. This prevents the PVC material from becoming brittle and ensures the cushions remain soft and effective. Store the entire kit in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight to prevent UV degradation of the plastic components.
