Caring for your product
To maintain the high-performance waterproof membrane and the breathability of the fabric, it is vital to follow the care instructions precisely. A domestic wash at a maximum of 40°C is recommended to remove dirt and surface oils that can clog the membrane. Using a higher temperature can cause the TPU layer to delaminate, effectively ruining the jacket's waterproof capabilities.
Under no circumstances should you use bleach or chemical cleaners, as these will aggressively break down the polyester fibres and the jacquard weave. Similarly, this jacket must not be tumble dried, ironed, or dry cleaned. Exposure to high heat will melt the internal membrane and warp the fabric. We recommend line drying the garment in a natural environment to ensure it retains its shape and technical properties.
Please be aware that this garment is rated for a maximum of 50 washes. After this point, the performance of the enhanced visibility elements and the waterproof membrane may begin to degrade, and the jacket should be replaced to ensure continued safety and protection on the job.
