Why No Customisation?
We provide this jacket as a non-customised item to protect its technical integrity. The lightweight fabric and specialised TPU membrane are designed for maximum packability and waterproofing. Applying embroidery or heat-applied logos could potentially compromise the waterproof seals or prevent the garment from packing down correctly into its designated pocket. By offering it without customisation, we ensure the garment performs exactly as the manufacturer intended.

Practical Advice
As this is a lightweight jacket with a sport fit, it is designed to be worn over light base layers or a sweatshirt. If you intend to wear it over a heavy fleece or multiple layers of winter clothing, you may wish to consider the generous 4XL sizing carefully to ensure a comfortable range of motion. The adjustable hem is particularly useful for preventing the jacket from riding up when reaching overhead.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility properties and technical performance of the TPU membrane, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild detergent. Avoid the use of fabric softeners, as these can coat the technical fibres and reduce the garment's breathability.
Do not bleach this garment, as harsh chemicals will degrade the fluorescent dyes and reduce the jacket's visibility. It should be line dried only; tumble drying introduces high heat that can delaminate the waterproof membrane and damage the reflective tape. Similarly, do not iron this jacket, as the synthetic fabric and membrane will melt under direct heat.
Please note that this garment has a maximum lifespan of 50 washes. Beyond this point, the high-visibility and reflective qualities may no longer meet the required safety standards, and the jacket should be replaced to ensure your continued safety on site.
