Practical Advice
To achieve the best results from the cooling technology, the vest should be worn over a lightweight, breathable base layer. Ensure you select a size that allows the vest to sit close to the body without being restrictive, as this facilitates more effective heat transfer and cooling.
Caring for your product
To maintain the technical performance of the cooling core and the vibrancy of your custom branding, it is important to follow specific care guidelines. We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. This prevents the synthetic fibres from degrading and helps preserve the internal cooling padding.
Do not use bleach, as this will damage the polyester tricot and the bamboo yarn filling, significantly reducing the vest's effectiveness. The garment should not be tumble dried or ironed; high heat from these processes can melt the synthetic components and ruin the hi-vis finish. Instead, the vest should be line dried.
Please note that this garment is rated for a maximum of 25 washes. Beyond this point, the high-visibility properties may begin to diminish, and the vest should be replaced to ensure it still meets safety standards.
