Design & Performance
The construction of this jacket utilises a substantial 300D Oxford weave polyester, which is specifically chosen for its exceptional durability and resistance to abrasions. The fabric features a stain-resistant finish and a double PU coating, creating a robust barrier against water while maintaining a high level of breathability to prevent the buildup of moisture inside the garment. Inside, the outer jacket features a breathable mesh lining, while the inner jacket is constructed from a comfortable polyester-cotton blend with a sturdy filling for enhanced thermal insulation.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
At MyWorkwear, we understand that professional appearance is non-negotiable. This jacket features dedicated print access, making it an excellent candidate for corporate branding. For a superior finish, our Telford-based team recommends embroidery for company logos and staff names, providing a durable and professional appearance. Alternatively, heat-seal printing is ideal for larger, bold designs that need to stand out on the hi-vis background. Since 1976, we have managed all customisation in-house to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.
Use Cases
This jacket is an essential choice for those working in traffic management, site supervision, or any sector where visibility and weather protection are critical. Its adaptable nature makes it perfect for outdoor contractors who face unpredictable British weather, allowing them to transition from a full winter parka to a lightweight vest as the day demands.

Practical Advice
Given the 7-in-1 nature of this garment, we recommend considering your typical layering system when selecting a size. If you intend to wear the full combination over heavy mid-layers, ensure you have sufficient room for movement. The breathable nature of the fabric means it performs best when paired with moisture-wicking base layers to allow perspiration to escape effectively.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility properties and technical performance of this jacket, it is essential to follow the care instructions precisely. Maintaining the integrity of the fabric ensures the garment continues to provide the protection you rely on.
We recommend a mild domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Exceeding this temperature can damage the PU coating and reduce the effectiveness of the waterproof barrier. Please note that this garment has a maximum limit of 50 washes to ensure it remains compliant with safety standards.
Do not use bleach, as harsh chemicals will degrade the fluorescent pigments and reflective materials, compromising your safety on site. The jacket should be drip-line dried only; do not tumble dry, as the high heat can warp the synthetic fibres and damage the internal linings. Similarly, do not iron or dry clean this garment, as these processes can cause irreversible damage to the technical coatings and reflective strips.
