The fabric features a stain-resistant finish, which helps maintain a professional appearance by repelling oil and dirt. The double PU coating provides a robust waterproof barrier while maintaining the breathability required for physical labour. Internally, the outer jacket features a polyester mesh lining for air circulation, while the inner jacket utilises a polyester and cotton blend for a comfortable feel against the skin. The inner jacket is also equipped with a substantial filling to provide necessary warmth during colder months.

If you intend to wear the full internal jacket and fleece layers regularly over thick jumpers, ensure you allow for the extra volume. The breathable fabric works best when worn with moisture-wicking base layers rather than heavy cotton, to ensure maximum comfort during high-exertion tasks.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility performance and waterproof capabilities of this jacket, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum of 40°C using a mild process. Excessive heat or harsh chemicals can degrade the PU coating and reduce the effectiveness of the stain-resistant finish.
Do not use bleach, as this will irreparably damage the fluorescent pigments and the reflective tape, compromising your safety on-site. We also advise against tumble drying; instead, the jacket should be drip line dried to preserve the shape and the integrity of the technical fabrics.
Ironing is not permitted, as direct heat can melt the synthetic fibres and the waterproof coating. Similarly, dry cleaning should be avoided. Please note that this garment has a maximum limit of 50 washes to ensure the reflective properties remain within safety certification standards.
