Product Overview
The Hi-Vis 3-in-1 Contrast Bomber Jacket is a versatile and robust garment designed to provide reliable protection against fluctuating weather conditions. This adaptable piece of essential equipment transitions effortlessly between a full winter jacket and a lighter outer layer, ensuring you remain comfortable and visible regardless of the environment. Its thoughtful construction combines visibility with practical utility, making it a cornerstone of a professional workwear wardrobe.
Key Features
- Detachable fur lining and collar allow you to adapt the insulation levels to suit the temperature, ensuring year-round utility.
- Zip-off sleeves provide the option to convert the jacket into a gilet, offering greater freedom of movement during more active tasks.
- Numerous zipped outer and interior pockets provide secure storage for personal belongings and essential tools, keeping them safe and accessible.
- A stain-resistant finish on the outer fabric helps maintain a clean, professional appearance even in demanding working conditions.
- Contrast navy panelling in high-wear areas helps to hide dirt and maintain the garment's visual integrity over time.
Design & Performance
Engineered for durability, the jacket is constructed from a substantial 300D Oxford weave polyester. This fabric is specifically chosen for its hard-wearing properties and resistance to abrasion. The material features a double PU coating, which provides a reliable barrier against moisture, ensuring you remain dry during light to moderate rain. The medium-weight sleeve filling and the substantial detachable fur lining offer significant warmth without becoming overly cumbersome.
The design focuses on functionality, with a fit that allows for layering over standard work shirts or sweatshirts. The high-visibility orange combined with navy contrast ensures compliance with safety standards while providing a balanced, professional aesthetic that stands up to the rigours of the job site.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This bomber jacket is an excellent canvas for company branding. For a superior, professional finish, we recommend embroidery for your company logo or staff names. The process creates a durable and textured result that withstands frequent laundering. For larger, more striking designs, print is an effective option that ensures your brand is clearly visible from a distance.
Our expert in-house team in Telford has been specialising in garment customisation since 1976. We handle every stage of the process to ensure your branding is applied with precision, maintaining the high standards your business demands.
Use Cases
This jacket is ideally suited for professionals in the construction, transport, and logistics sectors who require high visibility and adaptability. It is particularly effective for workers who move between outdoor sites and indoor environments, as the removable components allow for quick temperature regulation.

Practical Advice
When selecting your size, consider the layers you intend to wear beneath the jacket. The 3-in-1 design is inherently versatile, but ensuring a comfortable fit when the fur lining is installed is key to maintaining full range of motion. We recommend checking our size guide to ensure the 4XL fit aligns with your measurements.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and safety characteristics of this jacket, it is essential to follow the recommended care instructions. Regular maintenance ensures the hi-vis fabric remains effective and the PU coating continues to provide protection.
We recommend a mild process wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Exceeding this temperature can damage the technical coatings and reduce the lifespan of the garment. Do not use bleach, as this will degrade the polyester fibres and compromise the high-visibility colour.
The jacket should not be tumble dried. Instead, we recommend drip line drying. High heat from a tumble dryer can cause the PU coating to peel or crack. Similarly, do not iron the garment, as direct heat will melt the synthetic fibres and ruin the waterproof finish. Do not dry clean.
Please note that this garment has been tested for a maximum of 50 washes. After this point, the reflective and fluorescent properties may diminish, and the garment should be inspected for compliance with safety standards.
