Practical Advice
When selecting your size, consider that the bomber fit is designed to be slightly shorter and sit on the waist. This makes it ideal for wearers who spend a lot of time seated or driving, as the fabric won't bunch up. Because of the substantial triple-layer construction, you may only need a lightweight base layer or polo shirt underneath to remain warm in most UK conditions.
Caring for your product
To maintain the technical performance of the waterproof and breathable membrane, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. High temperatures can damage the lamination between the fabric layers, leading to a loss of weatherproofing.
Bleach should never be used, as it will break down the synthetic fibres and ruin the black finish of the garment. For the same reason, do not dry clean this jacket, as the chemicals used in the process can strip away the protective coatings.
After washing, the jacket should be drip line dried. Do not tumble dry, as the intense heat can cause the fabric to shrink or delaminate. Furthermore, ironing is not required and should be avoided to prevent melting the synthetic outer shell or damaging any custom print and embroidery.
