Product Overview
The Endurance Helmet is a professional-grade head protection solution designed for those who require both safety and comfort during long shifts. Constructed with a vented ABS shell, this helmet prioritises airflow to reduce heat buildup, a common grievance on busy sites. Finished in a professional black, it offers a discreet and authoritative appearance suitable for a variety of industrial environments.
Key Features
Vented ABS Shell: The high-impact plastic provides robust protection against falling objects while the integrated vents allow for consistent air circulation to keep the wearer cool.
6-Point Textile Suspension Harness: This harness system distributes the force of any impact more effectively than standard 4-point systems, whilst offering a more comfortable fit against the head.
Wheel Ratchet Adjustment: The intuitive wheel mechanism allows for precise, one-handed sizing adjustments, ensuring the helmet remains secure even when you are on the move.
4-Point Chin Strap Included: This additional security feature ensures the helmet stays firmly in place, providing peace of mind when working at height or in challenging positions.
Design & Performance
Engineered from Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), this helmet is built to withstand the rigours of a demanding workplace. The material is known for its excellent impact resistance and toughness, yet it remains a lightweight option that prevents unnecessary neck fatigue. The textile harness is a thoughtful addition, providing a softer interface between the user and the safety shell, which is far superior to basic plastic alternatives for all-day wear.
Why No Customisation?
As this item is a critical piece of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), we do not offer customisation. Adding logos via heat-press or embroidery could potentially compromise the structural integrity of the ABS shell or interfere with the safety standards to which the helmet is certified. In the interest of your safety and regulatory compliance, we supply this item in its original, tested form.
Use Cases
This helmet is a versatile choice for several professions, including construction workers, electricians, and plumbers. Its secure fit and ventilation also make it particularly suitable for tree surgeons and mechanics who find themselves in awkward positions where a standard helmet might slip or become uncomfortably hot.

Practical Advice
When fitting your helmet, use the wheel ratchet to ensure a snug fit that does not move when you tilt your head. If you are frequently working in windy conditions or climbing ladders, always utilise the 4-point chin strap to prevent the helmet from falling. It is also wise to inspect the shell daily for any signs of cracking or deep scratches.
Caring for your product
Proper maintenance is essential to ensure your helmet remains effective over its lifespan. To clean the shell, use only mild soap and warm water. You should strictly avoid using any paints, solvents, or adhesives, as these chemicals can react with the ABS plastic and significantly reduce its ability to protect you during an impact.
The textile harness and sweatband should be cleaned regularly to remove salt and oils from perspiration. Neglecting this can lead to skin irritation and can cause the textile components to perish prematurely.
Store your helmet in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight when not in use. Ultraviolet light can degrade the plastic over time, making it brittle and unsafe. If the helmet sustains a significant impact, it must be replaced immediately, even if no damage is visible to the naked eye.
