Design & Performance
This gilet is manufactured using 100% GRS Recycled Polyester, demonstrating a commitment to environmental responsibility while maintaining the insulating properties expected of a high-quality fleece. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, yet provides a substantial thermal layer that traps heat efficiently. The sleeveless design is specifically chosen to facilitate a full range of arm movement, which is critical for tradespeople and warehouse staff who are constantly on the move. The black colourway ensures a versatile, professional look that hides minor marks and grime encountered during a busy shift.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
The Eco Fleece Gilet is an excellent canvas for company branding. For a superior finish, we recommend embroidery for your company logo or staff names; the recycled polyester fabric provides a stable base for high-density stitching, resulting in a durable and professional appearance. If you require larger, high-impact branding, our printing services offer a vibrant alternative. All customisation is managed in-house by our expert team in Telford, ensuring that the final product meets the high standards we have maintained since 1976.
Use Cases
This gilet is ideal for a wide variety of work environments, from climate-controlled warehouses to outdoor sites where a heavy coat would be too restrictive. It is particularly suited for delivery drivers, site supervisors, and maintenance teams who frequently move between indoors and outdoors and require a versatile mid-layer.

Practical Advice
This gilet features a regular fit, making it suitable for layering over standard work shirts or sweatshirts. If you intend to wear it over multiple heavy layers, you may wish to consider the next size up to ensure complete freedom of movement and comfort throughout the day.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and longevity of your Eco Fleece Gilet, it is important to follow the specified care guidelines. We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. This ensures that the recycled fibres are cleaned effectively without being subjected to excessive thermal stress, which can degrade the fabric over time.
Do not use bleach when cleaning this garment. Bleach will break down the polyester fibres and cause significant fading, which will ruin both the garment's appearance and the integrity of any custom embroidery or print.
This garment should not be tumble dried. High heat in a dryer can lead to shrinkage and static build-up, potentially altering the fit of the gilet. Instead, allow the garment to air dry naturally. Furthermore, do not iron the fleece, as the direct heat from an iron will melt the synthetic fibres, resulting in permanent damage to the texture and look of the fabric. Finally, professional dry cleaning should be avoided as the chemical solvents used can be too harsh for this recycled material.
