Caring for your product
To maintain the technical performance and the integrity of your custom branding, it is essential to follow these care instructions carefully.
We recommend a domestic wash at 30°C. Using a lower temperature helps to preserve the durable water-repellent finish and prevents the recycled synthetic fibres from breaking down prematurely, ensuring the garment remains weather-resistant for longer.
This item can be tumble dried, which can actually help to 're-loft' the polyester padding and maintain its insulating properties. However, you must never iron this garment; the high heat of an iron will damage the recycled nylon shell and may melt the internal padding or any printed customisation.
Do not use bleach or harsh chemical detergents, as these will strip the DWR coating and cause the colours to fade. Similarly, dry cleaning should be avoided to prevent chemical damage to the recycled fabrics and any embroidered or printed logos.
