Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and safety standards of these trousers, they should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Higher temperatures can degrade the elastane fibres, leading to a loss of the 4-way stretch properties that make this garment so effective.
Do not use bleach, as this will damage the high-visibility pigments and the reflective tape, potentially rendering the garment unsafe for use. We also advise against tumble drying; instead, the trousers should be drip line dried. This prevents heat-induced shrinkage and preserves the integrity of the technical fabrics.
Finally, these trousers should not be ironed or dry cleaned. Excessive heat from an iron can melt the synthetic fibres, and chemical cleaning agents can strip the fabric of its protective finishes. Please note that the garment is rated for a maximum of 25 washes to ensure the reflective elements remain within safety tolerances.
