Caring for your product
To maintain the technical performance of the waterproof membrane and the thermal properties of the insulation, it is essential to follow the care instructions precisely. A domestic wash at a maximum of 40°C is recommended to remove dirt and oils that can clog the breathable pores of the fabric.
Bleaching agents must be avoided at all costs, as these aggressive chemicals will degrade the synthetic fibres and compromise the integrity of the waterproof coating. Similarly, do not dry clean the garment, as the solvents used in that process can damage the heat-applied seals and internal insulation.
For drying, the jacket should be allowed to drip dry on a line. Tumble drying is not permitted, as the intense heat can cause the fabric to shrink and damage the PU membrane. Finally, do not iron this garment, as the heat will melt the synthetic polyester components and permanently damage the technical finish.
