Practical Advice
To ensure maximum protection, roll the ear plug between your fingers into a tight, crease-free cylinder before insertion. Reach over your head with the opposite hand to pull your ear upwards and backwards, then insert the plug. Hold it in place for a few seconds as it expands to ensure a complete seal. Fitting instructions are conveniently included on each polybag for reference.
