Product Overview

The Bizweld Work FR Classic Coverall is a meticulously engineered piece of safety equipment, providing essential protection for professionals working in hazardous environments. Designed with both safety and functionality in mind, this coverall features flame-resistant reflective tape strategically positioned on the shoulders, sleeves, and legs to ensure the wearer remains visible even in low-light conditions. The use of a substantial 100% cotton fabric ensures that the garment offers the necessary thermal protection without sacrificing the natural breathability of cotton.

Key Features

  • Flame-resistant reflective tape: Enhances visibility in industrial settings, providing an essential layer of safety for the wearer.
  • Knee pad pockets: Allows for the insertion of protective pads, which is vital for tradespeople who spend significant time kneeling on hard surfaces.
  • Ample storage space: Multiple pockets provide practical solutions for carrying essential items throughout the working day.
  • Integrated rule pocket: Provides a secure and accessible location for measuring equipment, ensuring tools are always close at hand.

Design & Performance

Constructed from Bizweld Work 100% cotton, this coverall is designed to withstand the rigours of heavy-duty industrial work. The fabric is a substantial, heavyweight material that provides a sturdy barrier against heat and flame. Despite its protective qualities, the cotton composition allows for moisture wicking and airflow, which is critical for maintaining comfort during long shifts in demanding environments. The fit is engineered to allow for a full range of movement, ensuring that the garment does not hinder performance during complex manual tasks.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

At MyWorkwear, we understand that your workwear is also your brand. This coverall is suitable for both high-quality embroidery and precision printing. For a sophisticated and durable finish, we recommend embroidery for company logos and staff names, which provides a long-lasting, professional appearance. If you require larger, more vibrant graphics across the back, our printing services are an ideal solution.

Our experienced in-house team, based in our Telford facility, has been perfecting customisation techniques since 1976. We ensure that every logo is applied with the utmost care, maintaining the professional standard your business deserves.

Use Cases

This coverall is specifically designed for professionals in industries such as welding, metal fabrication, and utility maintenance. It is particularly suited for environments where there is a risk of exposure to heat or flame. Given the generous sizing options up to 4XL, it provides a reliable solution for various body types within a workforce.

Why MyWorkwear

Operating from our specialised facility in Telford, we combine decades of expertise with modern technology to deliver garments that meet the highest standards. Practical Advice

When selecting your size, consider the clothing you intend to wear underneath. As a protective outer layer, a slightly more generous fit may be beneficial to ensure ease of movement and to facilitate effective layering. Ensure that any knee pads used are compatible with the internal pockets to maintain the ergonomic benefits of the design.

Caring for your product

To maintain the flame-resistant properties and the structural integrity of this coverall, it is essential to follow the specific care instructions provided. Failure to do so may compromise the level of protection offered by the garment.

We recommend a mild wash process at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Using higher temperatures or aggressive cycles can lead to premature wear of the cotton fibres and may affect the reflective tape's performance over time.

Bleaching agents must be avoided at all costs. Bleach will degrade the natural cotton fibres and can permanently damage the flame-resistant treatment, rendering the garment unsafe for use in hazardous areas.

This item should be line dried rather than tumble dried. High heat from a tumble dryer can cause the garment to shrink and may distort the reflective elements. Similarly, ironing is not recommended as direct heat can damage the technical finishes of the fabric.

Finally, do not dry clean this garment. The chemical solvents used in dry cleaning processes are not compatible with the Bizweld fabric and could diminish its protective capabilities.
