Design & Performance
The performance of this coverall is rooted in its fabric composition, consisting of 99% cotton and 1% carbon fibre. This blend provides a substantial, heavyweight feel that does not compromise on breathability. The addition of carbon fibre provides essential anti-static properties, which is critical in environments where electrical discharge poses a significant risk.
Durability is a core focus of the design, evidenced by the twin-stitched hi-vis strips and reinforced construction. This ensures the garment can withstand the rigours of heavy industrial use without compromising the protective qualities of the Bizflame fabric. The tailored fit is designed to allow for a full range of movement, which is vital for safety and productivity on the job.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
At MyWorkwear, we understand that professional identity is as important as safety. This coverall is suitable for both print and embroidery customisation. Embroidery is the preferred choice for adding company logos or staff names, providing a durable and professional finish that stands up to industrial laundering.
For larger, more prominent branding, our high-quality print services offer a sharp and vibrant result. All customisation is managed by our expert in-house team in Telford, who have been perfecting workwear branding since 1976. We ensure that any customisation applied maintains the professional standard required for your business.
Use Cases
This multi-norm coverall is specifically designed for workers in the petrochemical, utility, and heavy engineering sectors. It is particularly well-suited for electricians, welders, and those working in environments where exposure to chemicals or electrical arcs is a daily reality. The high-visibility elements also make it appropriate for rail and construction sites where safety standards are stringent.

Practical Advice
When selecting your size, please consider the clothing you intend to wear underneath. As this is a substantial, protective outer layer, ensuring you have sufficient room for movement is essential for both comfort and safety. If you are working in colder environments, this coverall provides an excellent outer shell for thermal layering.
Caring for your product
To maintain the protective properties and professional appearance of your coverall, it is essential to follow the specific care instructions provided. Proper maintenance ensures the flame-resistant and anti-static qualities remain effective throughout the life of the garment.
We recommend a normal wash process at a maximum temperature of 60°C. Washing at this temperature effectively removes industrial contaminants without damaging the fabric's integrity or the visibility of the hi-vis strips.
Do not use bleach when laundering this garment. Bleaching agents will compromise the flame-resistant treatments within the fibres, significantly reducing the protection level provided to the wearer.
This product should not be tumble dried. Natural air drying is recommended to prevent excessive shrinkage and to protect the specialised carbon fibres and reflective tape from heat damage.
If ironing is required, use a maximum soleplate temperature of 150°C. Maintaining a controlled heat prevents damage to the fabric surface and ensures your coveralls remain looking sharp and professional.
Do not dry clean this garment. The chemicals used in dry cleaning processes can interfere with the protective finishes of the Bizflame fabric, potentially rendering the multi-norm protections ineffective.
