Product Overview
The I-Tool Shoe S1P ESD SRC is a precision-engineered safety shoe designed for environments where both physical protection and electronic safety are paramount. As part of the advanced i4 range, this footwear prioritises a lightweight feel without sacrificing the rigorous standards required for industrial work. It offers a sophisticated solution for those who require anti-static properties and impact resistance in a modern, athletic profile.
Key Features
SlimCap Toe Protection: The 200-joule resistant toe-cap ensures your feet are protected from heavy falling objects while maintaining a slimmer, less cumbersome profile than traditional safety footwear.
Fresh’n Flex Midsole: This puncture-resistant sole provides a vital barrier against sharp underfoot hazards, ensuring total sole protection during every step.
ESD Protection: Specifically designed to protect sensitive electronic devices from electrostatic discharges, making these shoes indispensable in tech-heavy environments.
SmellStop Antibacterial Lining: The specialized lining prevents the growth of bacteria and fungi, keeping the interior hygienic and reducing unpleasant odours over long shifts.
Heel Shock Absorption: Integrated cushioning in the heel region reduces the impact on joints during movement, significantly improving comfort for those on their feet all day.
Design & Performance
The I-Tool Shoe is constructed using an innovative AirTech and TPU-Skin combination for both the upper and the outsole. This technical fabric choice allows for a highly breathable environment for the foot while ensuring the exterior is resilient against hydrocarbons and general abrasion. Being entirely metal-free, it is an excellent choice for workplaces with security scanners or where non-conductive footwear is required.
Performance is further enhanced by the inclusion of an overcap, which provides additional abrasion resistance to the front of the shoe, extending its lifespan. The padded collar ensures a secure fit that prevents rubbing, allowing the wearer to focus on the task at hand rather than foot discomfort.
Why No Customisation?
At MyWorkwear, we take safety standards seriously. This specific shoe is a piece of certified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Any secondary customisation, such as embroidery or heat-pressing logos onto the upper, could potentially compromise the structural integrity of the safety materials or invalidate the ESD and S1P certifications. To ensure you remain fully protected and compliant with health and safety regulations, we provide this product in its original, tested form.
Use Cases
These shoes are ideally suited for professionals working in electronics manufacturing, telecommunications, and high-tech warehousing where ESD protection is a requirement. They are also perfectly at home in light industrial settings, logistics, and maintenance roles where a sturdy yet comfortable safety shoe is necessary for navigating various terrains throughout the workday.

Practical Advice
When selecting your size, consider that these shoes are designed to accommodate a range of foot widths. For the best fit, we recommend wearing your standard work socks. If you require specific orthopaedic support, these shoes are compliant with DGUV112-191 norms for made-to-measure footbeds, allowing for professional medical adjustment without losing safety certification.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and longevity of your safety shoes, regular cleaning is essential. Allowing dirt or industrial residue to build up on the AirTech upper can reduce breathability and eventually weaken the material. We recommend wiping the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can degrade the TPU-Skin and potentially impact the anti-static properties of the sole.
Ensure the shoes are allowed to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources like radiators. Excessive heat can cause the adhesives and materials to become brittle, compromising the safety features. Regularly checking the outsole for debris will also ensure the SRC slip resistance remains effective.
