Product Overview
The Dry'n Air Scan&Fit Omnia - High is a sophisticated anatomical insole designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern industrial environments. As part of the Base OMNIA collection, this Class I medical device is specifically engineered for individuals who require high arch support to maintain correct foot alignment. It is more than a simple comfort layer; it is a technical component that addresses stability, hygiene, and electrostatic safety in one streamlined design.
Key Features
CE Certified: This designation confirms that the product meets high safety, health, and environmental protection requirements within the European Economic Area.
ESD Protection: Engineered to protect electronic devices from electrostatic discharges, making these insoles essential for technical and sensitive work environments.
High Arch Support: Provides critical structural support to the longitudinal arch, improving the overall stability of the foot and reducing strain during long periods of standing.
Advanced Air Circulation: The integrated system facilitates constant airflow, keeping the foot cool and dry by managing moisture effectively.
Targeted Cushioning: A dedicated cushioning area in the heel relieves pressure on the joints, while a central discharge area helps prevent heel inflammation.
Antimicrobial Properties: Treated to be antimicrobial and anti-odour, ensuring a hygienic environment inside your footwear throughout the working week.
Design & Performance
Constructed from lightweight fabric that does not compromise the fit of your safety footwear, the Dry'n Air Scan&Fit Omnia is built for sustained performance. The design prioritises the natural mechanics of the foot; the arch support is firm enough to provide stability but flexible enough to move with the wearer. The performance is further enhanced by the air circulation technology, which uses the kinetic energy of walking to move air through the footbed, significantly reducing the heat build-up often found in heavy-duty boots.
Why No Customisation?
We do not offer customisation for these insoles. As a precision-engineered internal component, any modification such as embroidery or printing would compromise the anatomical shape and the technical properties of the materials. Furthermore, as these are Class I medical devices and provide ESD protection, altering the surface could interfere with their safety certifications and comfort levels.
Use Cases
These insoles are an ideal choice for professionals in the electronics manufacturing sector, telecommunications, or any role where electrostatic discharge is a risk. They are particularly suited for workers with high arches who find standard footwear lacks sufficient support. Whether on a warehouse floor or in a high-tech lab, these insoles provide the necessary ergonomic foundation for a full day's work.

Practical Advice
To ensure the best results, we recommend removing the original insoles from your footwear before inserting the Dry'n Air Scan&Fit Omnia. This ensures that the boot's internal volume remains correct and that the arch support is positioned accurately against your foot. If you are unsure of your arch type, a professional foot scan is the most reliable way to confirm if the 'High' support variant is correct for you.
Caring for your product
To maintain the efficacy of the antimicrobial treatment and the structural integrity of the arch support, we recommend removing the insoles from your boots at the end of every shift. This allows the air circulation channels to dry naturally and prevents the build-up of bacteria caused by trapped moisture.
If cleaning is required, a gentle wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap is sufficient. You should never place these insoles on a direct heat source like a radiator to dry. Excessive heat can cause the technical materials to warp and may degrade the ESD-conductive properties, effectively ruining the product's protective capabilities.
