Product Overview
The Be-Stone S3 CR HRO CI HI AN SRC is a sophisticated safety boot designed for those who operate in the most demanding industrial environments. As part of the Base Special collection, this footwear is engineered to provide comprehensive protection against a wide array of workplace hazards. It combines high-level resistance to mechanical risks with advanced thermal management, ensuring the wearer remains safe and comfortable regardless of the external conditions.
Key Features
SlimCap Toe-Cap: This lightweight toe-cap provides 200 joules of impact resistance, offering essential protection for the forefoot without the weight of traditional steel alternatives.
Cut Resistant Upper: The materials are specifically treated to resist sharp objects, reducing the risk of lacerations in environments where metal shards or glass are present.
Thermal Insulation: Certified for cold insulation down to -17°C and heat insulation up to 150°C, these boots maintain a stable internal temperature in extreme climates.
SmellStop Lining: The antibacterial and anti-odor lining prevents the growth of bacteria, ensuring the footwear remains fresh even after long periods of intense use.
Design & Performance
The performance of the Be-Stone boot is anchored by its AirTech Double-Density PU and HRO Rubber outsole. This combination is particularly effective for those working on hot surfaces, as the sole is heat resistant up to 300°C for one minute. The outsole is also resistant to hydrocarbons, preventing degradation when exposed to industrial oils and fuels.
For underfoot protection, a steel midsole provides puncture resistance, which is vital on construction and demolition sites where sharp debris is common. The design also incorporates shock absorption in the heel region and dedicated ankle protection, reducing the physical strain on the joints during repetitive tasks on hard surfaces.
Why No Customisation?
We do not offer customisation on the Be-Stone safety boot to ensure your personal protection is never compromised. Adding embroidery or heat-applied logos could puncture the water-resistant upper or interfere with the specialized cut-resistant fibres. To maintain the integrity of the UNI EN ISO 20345:2012 S3 certification, the footwear must remain in its original manufactured condition.
Use Cases
These boots are specifically intended for professionals in heavy industry, metalworking, and civil engineering. Given their high thermal resistance and cut-resistant properties, they are the ideal choice for demolition experts and those working in environments with extreme ground temperatures.
Why MyWorkwear

Based in Telford, our expertise ensures that every product we supply, including technically advanced footwear like the Base Be-Stone, meets the rigorous standards required for industrial use.
Practical Advice
The Be-Stone is designed to accommodate a wide range of users, featuring widths suitable for both men and women. For those with specific requirements, the boot is compatible with orthopaedic made-to-measure footbeds that comply with European DGUV112-191 norms, ensuring you can achieve a perfect fit without sacrificing safety.
Caring for your product
Regular maintenance is essential to ensure these boots continue to provide the level of protection for which they were designed. We recommend cleaning the uppers with a soft brush or damp cloth after every shift to remove industrial debris. Leaving caustic substances or mud on the boots can cause the materials to degrade prematurely, potentially affecting the cut resistance.
Always allow the boots to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. You must avoid placing them near direct heat sources such as radiators, as excessive heat can cause the rubber outsole to become brittle and the leather upper to crack. This will ensure the thermal and mechanical properties of the boot remain intact for as long as possible.
