Product Overview
The Harlem S1PL FO SR is a sophisticated low-profile safety shoe from the Smart collection, designed for professionals who require a balance of protection and all-day comfort. Far from your standard, cumbersome safety footwear, this model integrates advanced fatigue-reduction technology with essential safety standards. It provides a sleek aesthetic in a black and green finish, ensuring you remain presentable while fully compliant with workplace safety regulations.
Key Features
200 Joules Steel Toe-Cap: Provides robust protection against heavy falling objects and compression, ensuring your feet remain safe in high-risk environments.
Puncture Resistant Sole: Utilises a Fresh’n Flex midsole to prevent sharp objects from penetrating the bottom of the shoe, crucial for construction and warehouse settings.
SmellStop Antiodor Lining: An antibacterial treatment that prevents the growth of bacteria and fungi, keeping the footwear fresh and hygienic even after a long shift.
Shock Absorption: Integrated into the heel region to reduce the impact on your joints when walking on hard surfaces, significantly improving comfort during extended wear.
Fuel and Oil Resistance: The outsole is specifically designed to resist hydrocarbons, ensuring the structural integrity of the shoe isn't compromised by chemical exposure.
Design & Performance
Performance is at the heart of the Harlem's design. The Antifatigue AirTech single-density outsole is engineered to be flexible and light, mimicking the natural movement of the foot to prevent tiredness. Despite its lightweight feel on the foot, the shoe is a substantial and sturdy piece of equipment, built to withstand the rigours of daily industrial use. The slip-resistant (SR) properties provide superior traction on various surfaces, reducing the risk of workplace accidents.
The upper materials are chosen for their durability and breathability, working in tandem with the SmellStop lining to manage moisture and temperature. This results in a shoe that performs consistently, whether you are on your feet in a workshop or moving between the office and the factory floor.
Why No Customisation?
We do not offer customisation, such as embroidery or heat transfers, on the Harlem S1PL FO SR safety shoes. This is because any structural modification or the application of heat and needles could compromise the integrity of the protective materials and potentially void the EN ISO 20345:2022 safety certification. Safety remains the absolute priority for this technical product.
Use Cases
These shoes are ideally suited for indoor trades, logistics, and light industrial work. They are perfect for warehouse operatives, delivery drivers, and site managers who need the protection of a safety boot with the mobility and style of a trainer. The dual-width design ensures they are suitable for both men and women across various professional sectors.

Practical Advice
Given the inclusion of a steel toe-cap, we recommend ensuring you have a small amount of clearance at the front of the shoe to prevent toe rubbing during long shifts. These shoes pair excellently with technical work socks that help wick moisture away, allowing the SmellStop lining to work at maximum efficiency.
Caring for your product
Maintaining your footwear is essential for ensuring the continued effectiveness of the safety features. Regularly wipe down the uppers with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris, as build-up can eventually degrade the material and reduce flexibility.
If the shoes become wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators. Excessive heat can cause the adhesives and materials to become brittle, which may lead to premature wear or a loss of slip resistance. Periodically checking the tread for trapped stones or oil residue will ensure you maintain maximum grip on slippery surfaces.
