Product Overview

The Nimbus Womens Henderson is a sophisticated interpretation of the classic diamond quilted jacket, designed specifically for the modern female professional. It balances a traditional, almost aristocratic aesthetic with contemporary technical performance, making it a staple for those who require outerwear that looks as impressive in a client meeting as it does during a site visit. By combining a lightweight profile with high-performance insulation, this jacket offers a refined silhouette without compromising on warmth or comfort.

Key Features

  • YKK Metalux Main Zipper: This high-quality hardware ensures smooth operation and a premium finish, providing the long-term reliability required for daily use.

  • Stand-Up Collar: Designed to provide additional protection against the elements while maintaining a sharp, structured appearance that aligns with corporate standards.

  • Rib Cuffs: The integrated ribbing at the sleeves helps to trap heat and prevents cold air from entering, ensuring a consistent internal temperature throughout the day.

  • Bionic Finish ECO: A sophisticated water-repellent treatment that allows rain to bead off the surface, keeping the wearer dry during light showers while remaining environmentally conscious.

Design & Performance

At the core of the Henderson jacket is the Sorona Aura insulation. This padding is partially bio-based, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional synthetic fills while providing exceptional warmth without excessive bulk. The diamond-quilted nylon outer is not only visually striking but also serves a functional purpose by keeping the insulation evenly distributed, preventing cold spots and ensuring the jacket retains its shape over time.

The jacket is constructed with a lightweight nylon outer and a smooth polyester lining, ensuring it slides easily over other layers such as shirts or knitwear. The female-specific cut provides a tailored, professional fit that accommodates a range of body types from XS to 3XL, ensuring every member of your team looks uniform and polished.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

The smooth nylon surface and classic diamond baffles of the Henderson jacket make it an excellent candidate for customisation. For a superior and long-lasting finish, we recommend embroidery. Our Telford-based team can stitch your company logo or staff names directly onto the garment, creating a high-end look that complements the jacket's premium feel.

If you require larger, more vibrant branding, this garment also supports high-quality print applications. Every customisation project is handled by our expert in-house team, which has been refining its craft since 1976, ensuring your brand is represented with absolute precision and technical excellence.

Use Cases

This jacket is ideal for client-facing roles where a standard fleece or technical shell might be too informal. It is perfectly suited for corporate uniforms, property management professionals, and event staff who need to remain warm while maintaining an authoritative and professional appearance.

Choosing MyWorkwear means partnering with a company that has nearly half a century of expertise. Practical Advice

The Henderson is a lightweight yet effectively insulated piece, making it perfect for transitional weather or as a sophisticated layer beneath a heavier overcoat in winter. Due to the tailored feminine fit, we recommend consulting the size guide to ensure the best possible match for your staff members.

Caring for your product

To maintain the performance of the Bionic Finish ECO water-repellent coating, it is essential to follow the specific care instructions provided on the internal label. Regular maintenance ensures the outer fabric continues to repel moisture effectively, protecting the internal insulation from becoming damp.

Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach, as these can break down the technical fibres of the Sorona Aura padding and the water-repellent finish. Proper care will extend the life of the garment and keep your embroidered or printed branding looking professional for years to come.
