Design & Performance
The performance of this jumper lies in its specific fabric composition: 82% organic cotton and 18% polyamide. While the cotton provides breathability and softness, the polyamide adds the necessary tensile strength and elasticity to prevent the garment from losing its shape at the elbows and hem. The fine-gauge knit creates a dense, smooth surface that resists pilling, ensuring the jumper retains its professional appearance over time. This makes it a reliable choice for staff who need to look sharp every day.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This garment is exceptionally well-suited for branding. For a refined corporate appearance, we highly recommend embroidery. The stability of the fine-gauge knit allows for intricate logo work and individual naming with high stitch counts, providing a durable and prestigious finish. This method is ideal for creating a cohesive brand identity for front-of-house or office teams.
For larger or more vibrant designs, printing is also a viable option. At MyWorkwear, we have been perfecting our customisation processes since 1976. Our in-house team in Telford handles every order with the technical precision required to ensure your branding remains clear and vibrant on the knit surface.
Use Cases
The Brighton 1/4-zip is ideally suited for front-of-house hospitality roles where a balance of comfort and formality is required. It is also an excellent choice for corporate office wear, trade shows, or as a premium item for client gifting. Its lightweight yet substantial nature makes it a practical trans-seasonal layer for the UK climate.

Practical Advice
This jumper is designed with a modern, tailored fit. If you intend to wear it as a top layer over a thick shirt, you may find that choosing one size larger than your usual measurement provides a more comfortable fit through the chest and shoulders. The sizing range from S to 4XL ensures that you can achieve a uniform look across your entire team.
Caring for your product
To preserve the life of the organic cotton and the integrity of the polyamide fibres, we recommend a very mild washing process at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Using higher temperatures can lead to fibre degradation and may cause the garment to lose its shape.
Bleaching should be avoided at all costs, as these harsh chemicals will break down the natural cotton fibres and cause significant colour fading. When drying, the garment must be laid flat. Hanging a wet jumper can cause it to stretch under its own weight, leading to a distorted fit. Do not tumble dry, as the mechanical heat can cause shrinkage and damage the fine-gauge knit.
If ironing is required, use a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110°C and do not use steam. Steam can cause the knit to expand and lose its smooth finish. Finally, this item is not suitable for dry cleaning, as the solvents used can be too aggressive for the organic cotton blend.
