Product Overview

The AWDis Just Hoods Camo hoodie is a versatile addition to any professional wardrobe, designed for those who require a modern aesthetic without sacrificing the practical requirements of daily wear. Constructed with a classic all-over camouflage print, this hoodie provides a distinct look that serves as a high-quality canvas for branding. The inclusion of a soft, cotton-faced fabric ensures a superior finish for customisation, while the brushed inner fleece offers consistent warmth and comfort throughout the working day.

Key Features
  • Twin-needle stitching detail: This provides reinforced seams, ensuring the garment maintains its structural integrity through frequent use and laundering.
  • Double fabric hood: Offers improved insulation and a more structured, professional shape compared to single-layer alternatives.
  • Kangaroo pouch pocket: A functional addition for storing small tools or personal items, keeping them accessible yet secure.
  • Brushed inner fleece: Delivers a soft, insulating layer against the skin, making it an ideal choice for cooler environments and long shifts.
  • Ribbed cuffs and hem: This ensures a secure fit that prevents heat loss and keeps the garment in place during physical movement.

Design & Performance

Engineered from a blend of 70% ringspun cotton and 30% polyester, this medium-weight hoodie strikes a precise balance between natural comfort and synthetic durability. The high cotton content provides a smooth surface that feels soft to the touch, while the polyester adds the necessary resilience required for a busy work environment. The flat lace drawcords are designed to sit flat against the chest, reducing the risk of snagging, and the simple tear-out label allows for easy rebranding if you are looking to create a bespoke clothing line.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This garment is exceptionally well-suited for both print and embroidery. The ringspun cotton face is specifically designed to provide an ideal surface for screen printing or heat transfer, allowing for large, bold designs that stand out against the camouflage pattern. For a more formal finish, embroidery is highly recommended for company logos or staff names, offering a textured, durable, and sophisticated appearance that won't fade. At MyWorkwear, our expert team in Telford has been perfecting these techniques since 1976, ensuring your branding is applied with technical precision.

Use Cases

This hoodie is an excellent choice for creative agencies, modern trade teams, or retail staff who want a casual yet cohesive team look. It is equally effective as promotional wear for events where a standard solid-colour hoodie might feel too generic. Its robust construction also makes it a reliable choice for outdoor staff who need a dependable layer that can withstand the rigours of active work.

Practical Advice

This hoodie is available in a broad size range from XS to 2XL. We recommend checking the sizing guide to ensure a comfortable fit, particularly if you intend to layer this over a t-shirt or polo shirt. The medium-weight fabric makes it a versatile middle layer that fits comfortably under a heavier waterproof jacket during the colder months.

Caring for your product

To maintain the performance and appearance of your hoodie, we recommend a domestic machine wash at 30°C. Washing at this temperature helps to preserve the integrity of the cotton fibres and ensures that any custom print or embroidery remains vibrant and intact for a longer period.

Avoid the use of bleach, as harsh chemicals will degrade the camouflage pattern and can damage the thread used in your embroidered logo. When drying, a low-heat tumble dry is permissible, but air drying is preferable to minimise the risk of shrinkage and maintain the garment's shape. If ironing is required, use a cool setting and avoid direct contact with any printed areas to prevent the design from melting. Finally, washing dark colours separately is essential to prevent dye transfer onto other garments in the load.
