Product Overview
The Flexfit by Yupoong Herringbone Melange cap represents a sophisticated intersection between traditional aesthetics and modern headwear engineering. By combining a classic tweed-inspired herringbone pattern with a contemporary sporty profile, this cap offers a professional alternative to standard headwear. The melange finish provides a textured, high-end appearance that suits business-casual environments, while the underlying technology ensures it remains functional for active use.

- Sporty Silhouette: The structured shape maintains its profile over time, ensuring a consistent and professional look for your team.
Design & Performance
Constructed from a robust blend of 80% polyester and 20% viscose, this cap is engineered for longevity. The medium-weight fabric offers a substantial feel and excellent structural integrity, which is essential for maintaining the cap’s crown shape through daily wear. The viscose element adds a subtle softness to the touch, while the high polyester content provides the necessary durability to withstand the rigours of a professional environment.
The performance is further enhanced by the 'Cool and Dry' function, which facilitates breathability. Unlike standard synthetic caps that can trap heat, this fabric is designed to promote airflow and wick perspiration away from the skin, making it a practical choice for both indoor and outdoor staff.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This cap is an excellent candidate for both embroidery and print customisation. Given the textured herringbone finish, we highly recommend embroidery for a superior, professional appearance. Our in-house embroidery team can replicate intricate company logos or individual names with precision, creating a durable and high-quality finish that complements the tweed aesthetic.
For those requiring larger, more vibrant graphics, the flat surfaces of the cap also accommodate high-quality printing. Since 1976, MyWorkwear has been refining these customisation processes at our Telford-based facility, ensuring that every garment leaving our workshop meets our rigorous standards for clarity and durability.
Use Cases
The Herringbone Melange Flexfit is ideally suited for front-of-house staff, delivery personnel, or trade professionals who require a smarter, more cohesive uniform. It bridges the gap between formal attire and practical workwear, making it perfect for corporate events, site visits, or as part of a premium retail uniform.

Practical Advice
This cap is available in two sizes: S/M (55/58cm) and L/XL (58/61cm). Due to the Flexfit technology, the cap has a natural stretch, but we recommend measuring around the widest part of the head to ensure the most comfortable fit. For a unified team look, consider matching the embroidery thread colour to other elements of your corporate uniform.
Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and the technical properties of the Flexfit band, this cap must not be washed. Introducing the cap to a washing machine can cause the crown to lose its shape and may damage the internal elasticated components.
Chlorine bleach should be avoided as it will strip the melange colour and weaken the synthetic fibres. Similarly, the cap should not be tumble dried, ironed, or dry cleaned. Heat and chemical solvents can melt the adhesive used in the visor and degrade the moisture-wicking properties of the fabric. To keep the cap clean, we recommend a gentle spot clean with a damp cloth if necessary.
