Product Overview
The Henbury Women's 65/35 flat fronted chino trousers are a masterclass in versatile corporate dressing. Engineered to bridge the gap between formal tailoring and everyday workwear, these trousers offer a contemporary straight-leg silhouette that remains professional throughout the longest shifts. The blend of polyester and cotton provides a crisp finish that resists the creasing typically associated with pure cotton alternatives, ensuring your team looks as sharp at 5 PM as they did at 9 AM.

Design & Performance
Constructed from a robust medium-weight fabric, these chinos are designed to withstand the rigours of a busy working environment without sacrificing comfort. The flat-front design is particularly effective for those in roles that require a lot of movement, as it avoids the bulkiness of pleated alternatives. The straight-leg cut offers a timeless look that works well with various footwear options, from formal shoes to smart trainers.
The fabric's composition is particularly well-suited for industrial environments where longevity is paramount. The polyester content ensures the trousers hold their shape after repeated laundering, while the cotton ensures the garment remains comfortable against the skin, even in warmer environments.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
These chinos are an excellent canvas for customisation. For a sophisticated corporate look, we recommend embroidery. A small, high-quality logo placed near the pocket or on the waistband provides a discreet but effective branding solution that withstands the test of time. Embroidery is particularly suited to these trousers as the fabric's weave is dense enough to support complex stitch patterns without puckering.
Alternatively, if you require larger or more vibrant branding for promotional events, print is a viable option. Our Telford-based team, with expertise dating back to 1976, handles all customisation in-house to ensure that the finish meets our exacting standards. Whether you choose the texture of embroidery or the precision of print, your branding will be applied with professional care.
Use Cases
These trousers are an ideal choice for front-of-house staff in the hospitality sector, retail management, and corporate office environments. Their durability also makes them a sensible choice for light facility management or logistics roles where a professional appearance must be maintained alongside physical activity.

Practical Advice
With a size range spanning from XS to 4XL and two leg lengths (Regular 31" and Long 33"), it is important to consult the size guide to ensure a correct fit. If your team is between sizes, the polyester-cotton blend offers a stable fit that does not stretch significantly over time, so we recommend selecting the size that most closely aligns with your measurements for a professional silhouette.
Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and professional appearance of your chinos, we recommend a 40°C synthetic wash. Washing at this temperature effectively removes daily grime without subjecting the polyester fibres to excessive heat, which can lead to premature wear.
Avoid the use of bleach at all costs. Bleach will degrade the polyester fibres and cause the "dyed-to-match" buttons and fabric to lose their consistent colour, resulting in a patchy and unprofessional appearance. We also advise against high-heat drying; instead, use a low tumble dry setting to preserve the garment's shape.
When ironing, use a low heat setting (one dot) and always iron on the reverse of the fabric. This prevents "shine" marks from developing on the outer surface, particularly around seams and pockets. Always wash and dry the trousers inside out to protect both the fabric surface and any custom embroidery from unnecessary abrasion during the laundry cycle.
