Product Overview
The Flexfit by Yupoong TrueTimber Kanati Camo Cap represents a departure from traditional camouflage patterns. Utilising high-definition, photo-quality print textiles, this headwear features an intricate design of wood, twigs, and leaves sourced from the American brand TrueTimber. It combines a distinctive outdoor aesthetic with the world-renowned Flexfit construction, providing a professional yet rugged appearance for those working in environments where blending in—or standing out for the right reasons—is required.
Key Features
- TrueTimber Kanati Camo: The photo-quality textile provides a realistic woodland appearance that is significantly more detailed than standard geometric camouflage.
- Flexfit Technology: The inclusion of elastane within the fabric blend ensures the cap contours to the wearer's head for a secure, comfortable fit without the need for a plastic adjuster.
- Six-Panel Construction: This classic design provides a structured, professional silhouette that maintains its shape even after prolonged use in the field.
- Pre-Curved Visor: Offers immediate protection from glare and the elements, maintaining its professional curve over time.
Design & Performance
Engineered from a blend of 96% polyester and 4% elastane, this cap is designed for both durability and comfort. The polyester provides a resilient exterior that holds the intricate photo-quality print with exceptional clarity, while the elastane provides the necessary stretch for a custom-feel fit. This lightweight headwear is well-engineered to sit comfortably during long shifts, offering breathability and a sturdy build that stands up to the rigours of outdoor work.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This cap is an excellent candidate for customisation, though the detailed Kanati camo pattern requires an expert touch. Embroidery is highly recommended for a professional look; high-density stitching for company logos or staff names creates a tactile, premium finish that stands out against the woodland background. For larger, more vibrant branding, our print processes can be applied to create a bold impact. Our in-house team in Telford, established in 1976, has the technical expertise to ensure your branding is applied precisely, maintaining the integrity of the TrueTimber design while making your business identity clear.

Practical Advice
To ensure the best fit, we offer this cap in two sizes: S/M (55/58cm) and L/XL (58/61cm). We recommend measuring the circumference of the head just above the ears to determine the most comfortable size. Because this cap uses Flexfit technology rather than a strap, selecting the correct size is essential for a secure fit that won't slip during active work.
Caring for your product
Maintaining the performance and appearance of this technical headwear requires adherence to specific care guidelines. Failure to follow these instructions may result in structural damage or the degradation of the photo-quality print.
This cap should not be washed or dry cleaned. Immersing the garment in water or exposing it to harsh cleaning chemicals will damage the internal structural buckram and the elastane fibres, leading to a loss of shape and fit. For minor marks, we recommend a very light spot clean with a damp cloth only.
Do not use chlorine bleach, as this will immediately strip the intricate woodland colours and ruin the TrueTimber design. Similarly, avoid tumble drying or ironing; high heat will cause the synthetic fibres to shrink or melt, permanently altering the cap's profile and elasticity.
