Caring for your product

We advise that you do not wash this cap. Water and mechanical agitation can cause the natural wool fibres to felt and shrink, leading to a loss of shape. Similarly, do not use bleach, as the harsh chemicals will degrade the fibres and strip the colour from the fabric.
This item should not be tumble dried. High heat is detrimental to wool and will result in significant shrinkage. For the same reason, do not iron the cap, as direct heat can scorch the wool and damage the internal buckram. Finally, do not dry clean this product, as the solvents used in the process can be too aggressive for the cap’s construction.
