Caring for your product
Maintaining the structural integrity and professional appearance of your headwear requires careful handling and adherence to strict maintenance protocols. Mechanical agitation in a washing machine can cause the internal buckram to warp and the elastane to lose its recovery properties, leading to a loss of fit.
Do not use chlorine bleach or any harsh chemical cleaning agents, as these will degrade the fabric fibres and can lead to permanent discolouration of the material and your custom branding. Tumble drying and ironing are strictly prohibited; excessive heat can shrink the cap's circumference and permanently damage the internal visor stiffener, compromising its flat profile.
