To ensure the best fit, we offer two distinct size ranges: S/M for head circumferences between 55cm and 58cm, and L/XL for those between 58cm and 61cm. The Flexfit technology allows for a comfortable degree of flexibility within these ranges, ensuring the cap stays in place even in breezy conditions. If you find yourself between sizes, we generally recommend opting for the larger size for maximum comfort throughout the day.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and aesthetic of your cap, it is essential that you do not wash this garment. Water immersion can compromise the hard buckram that gives the cap its shape and may lead to permanent distortion of the front panels, ruining the professional profile.
Bleaching agents must be avoided. These chemicals will strip the natural shine from the bamboo fibres and can cause significant discolouration to both the fabric and your custom branding, leading to a degraded appearance.
Do not tumble dry or iron this product. The heat from these processes can melt the elastane fibres responsible for the cap's stretch and damage the internal structure, leading to a permanent loss of fit and form. Simply allow the cap to air dry naturally away from direct heat if it becomes damp.
Finally, avoid dry cleaning. The harsh solvents used in the process are incompatible with the bamboo-blend fabric and can degrade the adhesive and structural integrity of the cap over time.
