Product Overview

The Flexfit by Yupoong 110 pocket cap represents a sophisticated blend of traditional headwear aesthetics and contemporary functional design. This lightweight cap is engineered with a focus on versatility, featuring a unique side-integrated zipper that adds a technical dimension to its appearance. Built with the renowned Flexfit technology, it provides a reliable, secure fit that adapts to the wearer, ensuring comfort throughout the working day.

Key Features
  • Integrated side zipper: This discrete pocket offers a functional space for small essentials while contributing to a modern, technical look.
  • Pre-bent visor: The peak is expertly shaped to maintain a consistent professional profile, eliminating the need for manual shaping.
  • Reversed hook and loop fastening: A refined closure system that provides precise adjustment without the typical snagging associated with standard fasteners.
  • Flexfit 110 technology: Combines the ease of an adjustable back with the premium feel of a stretch-fit cap.

Design & Performance

The garment is constructed from a blend of 98% polyester and 2% elastane. This composition ensures a durable finish that resists the typical wear and tear of active environments. The inclusion of elastane provides the necessary mechanical stretch to allow the cap to conform to various head shapes comfortably, while the polyester base ensures the fabric remains resilient and maintains its colour over time. The lightweight nature of the fabric makes it suitable for extended wear without causing fatigue.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This cap is an excellent canvas for customisation, supporting both print and embroidery. For those seeking a superior, professional finish, we recommend embroidery for logos and company names. The structured front panels provide a stable foundation for high-density stitching, resulting in a three-dimensional effect that conveys quality. For larger, more complex graphics or promotional designs, print offers a sharp and vibrant alternative.

All customisation is managed by our expert in-house team in Telford. Having been established in 1976, we have the technical knowledge to ensure your branding is applied with precision, maintaining the integrity of the cap's design while making your logo stand out.

Use Cases

Given its technical appearance and functional pocket, this cap is ideal for event staff, delivery personnel, or as part of a contemporary uniform for tradespeople. It is particularly effective for outdoor branding where a professional yet modern look is required.

Practical Advice

The 'One Size' design, enhanced by the Flexfit stretch properties and adjustable closure, makes this an easy choice for outfitting teams without the need for individual measurements. It pairs effectively with technical outerwear or modern polo shirts for a complete corporate identity.

Caring for your product

To maintain the structural integrity and the crisp shape of the pre-bent visor, this product should not be washed. Submerging the cap in water can lead to the internal stiffeners losing their form, resulting in a distorted appearance that cannot be easily corrected.

Chemical treatments such as chlorine bleach must be avoided, as they will degrade the polyester fibres and cause significant discolouration to both the fabric and any custom embroidery. Similarly, do not tumble dry or iron this cap; the heat from these processes can melt the elastane fibres, causing the cap to lose its stretch and permanently damaging the fabric's finish.

Dry cleaning is also not recommended, as the solvents used can be too harsh for the adhesive and structural components of the headwear. For minor marks, a gentle spot clean with a damp cloth is the safest method to preserve your investment.
