Practical Advice
The sports fit is designed to be slightly more contoured than a standard work polo. If you prefer a more relaxed fit or intend to wear base layers underneath, you may wish to consider moving up one size. The fabric’s wicking properties work best when in close contact with the skin or a breathable base layer.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and longevity of your polo shirt, we recommend a domestic wash at 40°C using a synthetic cycle. This temperature is sufficient to remove dirt while protecting the polyester fibres from heat damage.
It is vital that you do not use fabric softener when laundering this garment. Softeners leave a coating on the fibres that clogs the wicking channels, significantly reducing the fabric's ability to manage moisture. We also advise against the use of bleach, as it will break down the synthetic fibres and cause premature fading.
For drying, use a low temperature setting on your tumble dryer or air dry naturally to prevent shrinkage. If ironing is required, use a cool setting and iron on the reverse of the garment to protect any custom print or embroidery from direct heat. Do not dry clean, as the chemicals involved can degrade the technical properties of the CoolPlus fabric.
