Tender for AI Similarity Search Tool – SimiSearch

MyWorkwear is seeking quotes from qualified AI and software partners to design, build and implement SimiSearch, an internal tool that uses computer vision to find visually and functionally similar workwear and PPE items. The tool must accept an image upload or a product code and return suitable alternatives. A rules-based fallback and simple feedback loop are required so staff can rate results and improve accuracy over time.

Evaluation
Suppliers will be selected on a combination of price, technical suitability, delivery timeline, security and relevant experience with computer vision at catalogue scale.

Timeline
Target start: October 2025. MVP by December 2025. Pilot in Customer Service January 2026.
