My Order

When will my order be delivered?

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 5 working days of cleared payment, subject to stock availability.

For embroidered and heat transfer printed goods please allow an additional 2-5 working days depending on workload.

If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you and may offer you an alternative product to speed up supply.

We use UPS Couriers with express delivery so all orders should arrive within 1 working day of being dispatched.

Can I track my delivery?

UPS will email you with a parcel tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched by us.

To check on the progress of your order, please click on your order in the Past Orders section of our website (you will need to be logged in to your account).

Can I change my order?

If you have made a mistake and wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders placed are processed daily with suppliers and can often be dispatched the next working day, so time is of the essence!


What is your returns policy?

We aim for 100% satisfaction on every order so if there is a problem, please contact us straight away.

You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it hasn't been embroidered or printed on (just make sure your items are in the original condition and packaging).

For personalised items, we can only accept these back if they are faulty or incorrect.

All we ask is that you contact us first to get a returns number so we know what you’re returning. Please make sure the order number is confirmed on your returns note, and whether you want a refund or an exchange of any items. We can't take care of your return without these details, so make sure the returns form is filled out and placed in your parcel.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

If the item you received is faulty or isn't what you ordered, please contact us with your order details and whether you require a refund or a replacement. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Have you received my return?

We aim to process all returns within 3 working days of receiving them to our warehouse. We will email you when your return has been completed.

If it's been more than 7 days since you sent your return and you haven't heard from us yet, please contact us so we can follow this up.

Can I return embroidered or printed items?

Embroidered items are all made to order and cannot be returned unless the goods or embroidery are faulty.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your embroidered or printed item, please contact us.

Artwork & Logos

Will you send me a proof before embroidering?

We always send a PDF proof of a new logo or design to be embroidered. It is important you review the accuracy of this proof as we cannot make changes after the embroidery is made.

Do you provide samples before ordering?

On request, we will happily provide an embroidered sample on a swatch of your choice of coloured fabric, sent by post. This will incur an origination and machine setup charge.

Which formats do you accept for artwork?

If uploading your logo through our website, please ensure your artwork is in JPEG, GIF, BMP, TIFF or PNG format. Your file should also be in RGB colour mode, many design agencies send your official logo as a print ready CMYK colour profile. If you don't know what that means, don't worry - we'll catch this, but it may cause a delay.

What type of logo should I choose?

Embroidered logos look professional and are hard wearing being very resistant through many wash cycles. They're limited to 15 colours and may mean a visual compromise if your logo is made up of many varying shades.

Prints are great for larger logos offering high definition and a higher number of shades or colour for complex logos.

How big will my logo be?

We will estimate the best size for your logo depending on the location. The size will be shown on the artwork proof that we send you. If you would like your logo at a different size, please contact us.

What are the costs of embroidery?

Logo embroidery prices start from £2.35 per logo. Large logos with a high stitch count may cost more, we'll review this with you if that's the case.

What are the costs of print?

Print prices start from £2.75 for small sizes.

What is the origination cost?

When ordering a new custom logo for the first time, an origination fee of £15 will be applied to your order. The origination fee covers the time and expense of converting the file or text you upload into a format that can be used by our printing or embroidery machines.

Once you have paid an origination fee for a new logo design, you will not be charged this fee again on subsequent orders. Remember to select the same logo from your account at order time, if you upload your logo again this will be seen as a new logo and origination fee will be calculated.

What are your lead times?

Our lead times are normally around 30 days but do vary depending on our current workload and the size of your order. Please contact us if you require an accurate delivery estimate.

Will you do small orders?

We are happy to produce any size of order, from one off’s to bulk quantities. We often produce very small orders of speciality or large size clothing.

Do you provide samples?

For bespoke designs we are happy to provide samples for you, for a fee, to approve prior to placing a full order.

Can you also embroider or print onto manufactured clothing?

Naturally, we’ll make the garment and can brand it with your embroidered logos afterwards.

Do you manufacturer in the UK or abroad?

What do you have in stock?

We stock a wide range of clothes catering for most common workwear requirements including polos, fleeces, safety boots, boilersuits and work trousers, all at affordable prices.


What do I do if my delivery hasn't arrived yet?

Your estimated delivery date is on your order confirmation email - please allow until this date for your order to arrive.

You can also check your estimated delivery date from within your account

We will contact you at the earliest available opportunity if your order is going to be delayed for any reason.

As soon as your order is dispatched, our couriers (UPS) will email you with a tracking link. Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please contact us so we can help you further.

Do you charge for delivery?

Orders to the UK Mainland will be delivered using UPS Couriers or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will be charged at £4.95 plus VAT for orders up to £99.00 (ex VAT). Orders over £99.00 (ex VAT) will be delivered FREE of charge.

Orders to the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland will be delivered using UPS Couriers or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will be charged at £11.95 (N.Ireland) or 13.95 (Highlands and Islands) plus VAT for orders up to £99.00 (ex VAT). Orders over £99.00 (ex VAT) will be delivered FREE of charge.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Sorry, we do not currently offer international delivery via our online store. For bulk orders or manufactured product we can ship outside the UK. Please contact us with your requirements.

Will the courier require a signature?

All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Therefore, please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. If no one is present, UPS will attempt to deliver with a neighbour. If there is no neighbour to accept the delivery, they will take the parcel to the nearest UPS collection point.

Can I collect my order?

Absolutely! We have a fully stocked workwear shop from which you can collect your order. We are open 08:00 - 17:30 weekdays (5PM on a Friday). Click here to find us.


What can be embroidered?

We can embroider almost any garment including hats, fleeces, coats and trousers in any position including the back and sleeves.

How many logos can I have?

We can add as many logos as we can fit on the garment!


What print methods do you use?

We will print your design using the best method for the job; this will be dependent on the number of items, the design and the type of garment.

Heat Transferring is a modern way of printing and involves a pre-made transfer being heat pressed onto garments at a set temperature leaving a crisp, sharp, solid finish that is water and UV resistant.

Direct to Garment printing is the latest innovation in garment printing. It works much like an extremely advanced inkjet printer, printing your design directly onto the garment, allowing for great quality prints at near photographic quality.

Screen printing is one of the most traditional methods of printing and is great for large orders of over 500 pieces. It involves the application of colour with ink directly through a screen onto the garment.

What can be printed?

We can print onto most items of clothing including most polo shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts and hi-vis items. Unfortunately we cannotprint onto fleeces.
