Brook Taverner Sassa Stretch Top

Product Overview

The Brook Taverner Sassa Ladies Stretch top represents a sophisticated alternative to the traditional t-shirt or blouse. Designed with the professional woman in mind, this garment offers a streamlined silhouette that maintains its shape throughout a busy working day. Whether worn as a standalone piece or layered under a tailored jacket, it provides a clean, contemporary look that is well-suited to corporate, hospitality, and administrative environments.

Key Features

• The blend of 95% viscose and 5% elastane ensures the fabric moves with the wearer, preventing the restricted feeling often found in stiff uniform shirts.
• A classic rounded neckline provides a modest and professional appearance that works across various industry sectors.
• The short sleeve design offers versatility, making it appropriate for climate-controlled indoor environments or as an essential base layer.
• The machine-washable nature of the fabric makes it a practical choice for daily wear, simplifying the maintenance of a professional wardrobe.

Design & Performance

This stretch top is engineered from a lightweight and breathable viscose-rich fabric. Viscose provides a soft, silk-like feel against the skin, while the inclusion of elastane provides the necessary recovery to ensure the garment does not bag or lose its form after hours of wear. The focus here is on a professional fit that remains comfortable during extended shifts, offering a level of durability that is required for repeated commercial laundering.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

At MyWorkwear, we understand that your uniform is a reflection of your brand. The Sassa stretch top is well-suited for both print and embroidery customisation. Embroidery is particularly effective on this fabric for presenting company logos or staff names with a textured finish that conveys authority. For larger, more vibrant branding, our printing techniques provide a sharp and durable result. Our expert team in Telford, established in 1976, oversees the entire process to ensure your branding is applied with precision and care.

Use Cases

This garment is ideal for staff in front-of-house roles, corporate offices, or retail environments where a polished yet comfortable appearance is mandatory. Its understated design allows it to integrate seamlessly into existing uniform sets, providing a reliable option for teams requiring a cohesive look across different roles.

Practical Advice

For a complete corporate appearance, we recommend pairing this top with tailored trousers or a pencil skirt. Because the fabric includes elastane, it provides a close fit that follows the contours of the body; if you prefer a more relaxed drape, you may wish to consider your sizing requirements accordingly. It also serves as an excellent layering piece beneath knitwear during colder months without adding unnecessary bulk.

Caring for your product

To maintain the structural integrity and aesthetic of this stretch top, it is important to follow the recommended care guidelines. Regular machine washing is supported, but we advise avoiding excessively high temperatures that could damage the elastane fibres and lead to a loss of elasticity over time.

Proper care ensures that any custom embroidery or print remains vibrant and securely attached to the fabric. Avoiding harsh bleaching agents and following the specific instructions for viscose blends will help prevent pilling and ensure the garment remains a staple of your work wardrobe for a long duration.
