Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and visibility of your armbands, it is important to follow the recommended care routine. Proper maintenance ensures that the safety features, particularly the high-visibility properties of the Yellow and Orange bands, remain effective for as long as possible.
We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a normal process. Exceeding this temperature can damage the synthetic fibres and the waterproof coating, leading to a loss of structural integrity. Do not use bleach, as harsh chemicals will strip the vibrant pigments from the fabric and compromise the high-visibility compliance.
These armbands should not be tumble dried or ironed. High heat from an iron or dryer can melt the polyester fibres and damage the hook and loop fastening, rendering the bands unusable. Instead, allow them to air dry naturally. Finally, please note that these items are rated for a maximum of 25 wash cycles to ensure they continue to meet safety standards; beyond this point, the reflective and fluorescent properties may begin to diminish.
