Product Overview

The Women's TriDri recycled scrunch leggings represent a significant advancement in sustainable activewear, combining technical performance with a flattering, modern silhouette. Engineered for the demanding environments of fitness instruction, gym management, or corporate wellness programmes, these leggings utilise a seamless knit construction to minimise irritation and maximise movement. The medium-weight fabric offers a supportive feel without being restrictive, ensuring comfort throughout the longest shifts or most intense training sessions.

Key Features
  • Discreet Scrunch Feature: The integrated scrunch design is engineered to enhance and contour the wearer's natural profile, providing a lifted appearance that boosts confidence in professional and leisure settings.
  • Seamless Knit Construction: By removing traditional seams, these leggings reduce the risk of chafing and provide a smooth, streamlined look that fits like a second skin.
  • Recycled Fabric Composition: Constructed from 92% Recycled Nylon, these leggings support corporate social responsibility goals without compromising on the durability or elasticity required for performance wear.
  • Tagless Design: The absence of a permanent neck or waist label, combined with removable tags, makes these ideal for businesses looking to provide a clean, unbranded base for their own customisation.

Design & Performance

The technical sophistication of the TriDri TR538 lies in its blend of Recycled Nylon and Elastane. The result is a medium-weight fabric that provides excellent opacity and shape retention. The contour pattern is strategically placed to frame the physique, while the high elastane content ensures the garment moves with the body rather than against it. This level of flexibility is essential for active professionals who require workwear that can transition seamlessly from administrative tasks to physical activity.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

These leggings are designed to act as a canvas for your professional branding. Our Telford-based facility, which has been refining customisation techniques since 1976, is fully equipped to handle both print and embroidery for this specific garment. For those seeking a highly professional, permanent finish for logos or staff names, embroidery offers a classic look that withstands frequent laundering.

Alternatively, print is an excellent choice for larger, more vibrant designs that need to stand out. Given the technical nature of the fabric, we recommend the use of block-out vinyl and specific inks to ensure the branding remains opaque and vibrant against the garment's colour. Our in-house team oversees every stage of the process to ensure your branding reflects the quality of your business.

Use Cases

The versatile design makes these leggings suitable for a wide range of professional applications. They are an ideal choice for personal trainers and gym staff who need to maintain a professional appearance while being physically active. They also serve as an excellent component of a corporate wellness kit or as high-quality merchandise for sports clubs and yoga studios.

Practical Advice

These leggings are available in a range of sizes from XS (UK 8) to XL (UK 16). For the best fit during high-intensity activity, we recommend adhering to your standard UK dress size. The seamless nature of the garment allows for easy layering under tunics or over-trousers if your work environment requires additional coverage.

Caring for your product

To maintain the structural integrity and performance of the recycled fibres, we recommend a domestic wash at 40°C. Washing at this temperature effectively removes perspiration and bacteria while protecting the elastane from premature degradation, ensuring the leggings retain their supportive fit over time.

Following these care instructions also helps to preserve the quality of your custom print or embroidery. High temperatures can often compromise the adhesive bond of printed elements or cause embroidery threads to shrink at a different rate than the garment. Consistent, careful laundering will ensure your professional image remains sharp for the life of the product.
