Product Overview

The Women's TriDri 'laser cut' vest is a precision-engineered garment designed specifically for high-intensity movement and professional athletic environments. With a focus on both aesthetics and technical performance, this fitted vest utilises advanced manufacturing techniques to provide a breathable, comfortable experience for the wearer. Its minimalist design, which is free from intrusive external branding, makes it an excellent choice for businesses looking to showcase their own brand identity through customisation.

Key Features
  • Strategic 'laser cut' detailing provides enhanced breathability by allowing air to circulate more freely during physical exertion, keeping the wearer cool.
  • The double cross strap design offers a secure and stylish fit, ensuring the vest remains in place while providing an unrestricted range of motion.
  • Twin-needle stitching on the hem increases the garment's longevity, preventing fraying and maintaining the vest's shape after repeated wear and washing.
  • A fitted silhouette ensures the fabric moves with the body, reducing drag and providing a sleek, professional appearance.
  • Stretch fabric construction allows for maximum flexibility, making it suitable for a wide variety of sports, leisure, and active work tasks.

Design & Performance

Constructed from 100% polyester, this lightweight fabric is specifically designed for moisture management and durability. Polyester is a naturally resilient material, maintaining its vibrant colour and structural integrity even under the daily stress of training or active work. The inclusion of 'laser cut' technology is not merely for style; it is a functional performance feature that targets areas of high heat to facilitate cooling.

The garment is designed with rebranding in mind, featuring a cut-away inner label and no branded neck or waist labels. This ensures a distraction-free experience for the wearer and provides a clean canvas for those looking to create a fully bespoke uniform or retail product.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This vest is fully compatible with both print and embroidery, allowing for a variety of branding options. For a traditional professional appearance, embroidery is ideal for small logos or staff names. However, given the lightweight nature of the performance fabric, we recommend print for larger, bolder designs to maintain the garment's flexibility and lightness.

We specifically recommend the use of block out vinyl and inks for printing on this polyester garment. This technical approach prevents colour migration and ensures your branding remains sharp and vibrant. Our expert team in Telford, who have been perfecting customisation since 1976, will handle your order with the precision required for such technical fabrics.

Use Cases

This vest is ideally suited for personal trainers, gym staff, and sports teams who require a professional yet functional uniform. It is also an excellent choice for promotional staff at summer events or charity runners who need a breathable garment that can be easily branded with event logos.

We understand the specific requirements of activewear and ensure every garment we customise meets our rigorous standards for quality and durability.

Practical Advice

Given the fitted design and stretch properties of the fabric, we recommend reviewing our size guide to ensure a correct fit for all team members. This vest is designed as a standalone performance piece but also works effectively as a base layer under lightweight jackets or hoodies during cooler weather.

Caring for your product

To maintain the high-performance qualities of the polyester and the integrity of your custom branding, we recommend a domestic wash at 40°C. Washing at higher temperatures may damage the synthetic fibres and cause printed logos to deteriorate prematurely.

Avoid the use of bleach, as this will compromise the fabric's colour and structural strength. It is advisable to air dry the garment rather than using a tumble dryer; this prevents potential shrinkage and keeps the 'laser cut' details in perfect condition, ensuring the garment lasts as long as possible.
