Product Overview

The Women's TriDri 1/2 zip hoodie is a sophisticated take on the traditional layering piece, designed specifically for those who require both comfort and a contemporary professional appearance. This medium-weight sweatshirt is defined by its oversized silhouette, providing a modern look that does not restrict movement during a busy working day. The inclusion of a high-shine half-zip at the neck allows for easy adjustment and ventilation, while the soft, brushed-back fleece inner provides a layer of warmth that is essential for early starts or outdoor environments.

Key Features
  • The oversized fit is intentionally generous, allowing for effortless layering over existing workwear or base layers.
  • A high-shine half-zip detailing at the neck provides a clean, modern aesthetic while allowing the wearer to regulate their temperature easily.
  • Front kangaroo pockets offer a practical solution for keeping hands warm or storing small items securely.
  • Ribbed cuffs featuring thumbhole detailing ensure the sleeves remain in place during physical tasks and provide extra coverage for the hands in cooler conditions.
  • A panelled back with a curved hem design that wraps to the front ensures the garment sits comfortably and provides enhanced coverage at the rear.

Design & Performance

Engineered from a durable blend of 60% cotton and 40% recycled polyester, this hoodie is built to withstand the demands of a professional environment. The fabric choice offers the breathability of natural cotton alongside the resilience and quick-drying properties of polyester. As it contains recycled materials, it is also a responsible choice for businesses looking to improve their environmental credentials without sacrificing garment performance.

The interior features a brushed-back fleece which is exceptionally soft against the skin, helping to trap heat without adding unnecessary bulk. The absence of a permanent neck label—replaced by a cut-away system—means there is no irritation at the nape of the neck, and it allows for seamless rebranding if required. The structured panel detailing on the reverse ensures the hoodie maintains its shape through repeated wear and laundering.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This garment is perfectly suited for both print and embroidery, offering versatile options for displaying your company branding. For a traditional, high-end professional finish, we recommend embroidery for chest or sleeve logos. The fabric's medium weight supports the density of embroidery stitches without pulling or puckering.

If your branding requires large, bold graphics, the smooth surface of this hoodie is ideal for printing. Our technical experts recommend using block-out vinyl or specialist inks to ensure your designs remain vibrant and clear. Every customisation is handled in-house at our Telford facility by a team that has been perfecting the craft since 1976, ensuring your workwear meets our rigorous quality standards.

Use Cases

This hoodie is an excellent choice for staff in active roles, such as delivery services, light assembly, or event management. Its stylish, oversized fit also makes it a popular option for retail uniforms or as part of a modern corporate casual range. It is particularly effective for those who transition between indoor and outdoor tasks and require a versatile layer that looks professional in any setting.

Why MyWorkwear

With a heritage stretching back to 1976, MyWorkwear has the technical knowledge and practical experience to deliver garments that truly perform. Based in Telford, our expert team combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to provide workwear that supports your business. We understand that your uniform is a reflection of your professional standards, which is why we treat every garment with the same level of care and precision.

Practical Advice

Because this hoodie is designed with an oversized fit, it provides ample room for layering. If you are looking for a more fitted appearance, you may wish to select one size smaller than your usual measurement. The thumbhole detailing is particularly useful when wearing this hoodie as a mid-layer under a heavier jacket, as it prevents the sleeves from bunching up at the elbows.

Caring for your product

To maintain the integrity of the fabric and ensure the longevity of your custom branding, we recommend a domestic wash at 40°C. Washing at this temperature effectively cleans the garment while being gentle enough to prevent the breakdown of the cotton and recycled polyester fibres.

Adhering to the recommended washing temperature is also vital for protecting your logo. Excessive heat can damage both embroidery threads and printed transfers; by following these care instructions, you ensure your branding remains sharp and professional throughout the life of the garment.
